Always on time. Dentist has always looked after me despite difficult teeth. Have been at this practice for more than 60 years. Same dentist for last 20 years at least. Would not change.

Very disappointing. Booked my initial appointment 4 weeks in advance. Welldene sent me a reminder 2 days before that date, but then contacted me the day before my visit to tell me the dentist had another appointment on that day and I would need to rebook. Offered one date initially which I was unable to attend, and when I tried to rebook the very next day was offered an appointment 6 weeks later as 'we are very busy'! Although I was informed they had dentists available if I wanted an 'emergency' appointment. Contacted Patient Feedback team, via email, to discuss and, currently, after two weeks have yet receive even an acknowledgment. UPDATE: Subsequently received an understanding letter from the practice manager, and after contacting him a short notice appointment was arranged with a nice dentist. Review amended accordingly.

I have a, fear of dentist going back to my childhood. The staff at Welldene are friendly and the hygienist puts me at ease and is very gentle. It has helped to boost my confidence.

My daughters and I all attend the Welldene and cannot fault the service and staff interaction. Yes there was a wait at first as clearly their patient retention high ( I noted this as positive) once registered I can honestly confirm the service is that of the London clinics and you will not be disappointed. Keep up the great work Welldene 🌟

Review for recent treatment by Dr Siegfried Aylward. After a couple of bad experiences in the past I had put off seeking the dental treatment I needed and was extremely nervous. Dr Siegfried was understanding, calming and put me at ease straight away. He also explained everything thoroughly every step of the way. First time visitor after requiring emergency treatment following a bad experience at an NHS dentist; 2 of my fillings needed removing and replacing. From the initial consult to the treatment I was thoroughly impressed! I was welcomed into the practice and everything was fully explained. The dentist was extremely reassuring, explained every step and was very gentle. He considered my previous reaction to the anaesthetic and made adjustments when it was required for the filling. Although I am now paying for private treatment over NHS, it is true that you get what you pay for. I felt in much safer, friendlier hands and will 100% be back for checkups and hygienist appointments. Thank you for making the experience more bearable!

Having recently had treatment I cannot express how truly satisfied I am, being extremely terrified and putting off for year's I plucked up the courage to go, they are caring kind sympathetic and absolutely patient. Finally found an NHS dentist 😬. Went for routine check initially, was really friendly and helpful, was told I may need a crown, I knew I had blue blood in me! Had quick descale, teeth feel great. Thank you AF dental, I'll be back 👍

Haven't been to dentists in over 35years..went for a check up in October this year and I was shaking I was so scared had to be sick because it's just that I get myself in a state over the dentist. There was nothing to it. He made me feel comfortable and calmed me down a bit. Anyway I got to go back on 13th December I need 2 fillings a tooth taken out and a scalp & clean does anyone know if I will or can have. All work doing at the same time or will it be 1 treatment all on different appointments?? Great reception to so helpful and friendly and sorted my problem there and then..so thank you staff keep up the good work 💯👍👊

Absolutely amazing dentist. Friendly , approachable reception staff The hygienist jincy made me feel relaxed all through my appointment. Very patient and understanding. Would highly recommend to anyone that is a bit apprehensive.

Best dentist I have ever been to, use amazing equipment and the way they can numb just the tooth they are working on instead of the whole side of the face is brilliant. Also get treated like a friend instead of a job

Mrs Patel was absolutely fantastic. I was very nervous during my first visit, however she made me feel really relaxed and explained everything in great detail. Even when I went back for an emergency appointment, she really looked after me and took great care during treatments.

Halfway through treatment, and from terrified to reassured already. Roma is so patient. She uses a dental wand which is a game changer, no massive needles. Why did I pick ADC, this is a husband and wife team, they don’t hang their reputation on anybody but themselves. Honest and transparent, no pushing more expensive options, patient led. I keep moving forward with Roma, she is skilled and amazing. See you soon, hope you noticed the squeeze ball survived my dental surgery 👌

I've had a tooth removed, a few fillings and a deep clean here after not having a dentist for years, these guys have been brilliant so far. I don't think anybody finds a needle to the gums fun but having a filling done here isn't a scary experience, my first one only brought a small amount of pain whilst the last 2 were painless besides the needle. Reception staff are also lovely and can often book you in fairly quick, even if you can only attend very specific hours. Highly recommend with my only complaint being there's no parking but that's just Canterbury, there's a couple pay & display bays a 5 minute walk in either direction.

It was my first visit to Chopra. I had a warm welcome by the reception staff. The hygienist and her nurse was wonderful. I am usually nervous at dentists. I was made to feel comfortable. Clear and reassuring communication about each procedure. I had an exceptional clean and good advice about care at home. Good value for money I will be back

I went to have a broken wisdom tooth out so was very worried about it. I was referred from my dentist as it needed a surgeon to get the broken tooth out. I thought the dentist was fantastic, she explained everything at each stage. I had no pain at all. I thought she was very proficient and professional. I have had no problems since and would not hesitate to go there again. Her assistant was great too.

I can’t explain enough how happy I am with the dentist who seen to me , everything he does is always so quick and calm and so professional. I was a nervous wreck with a wisdom tooth to be removed which he done with in 10 seconds . Honestly he’s amazing at what he does the whole team are very polite and warming. I've been using this practice for well over 10 years and have always been very satisfied with the treatments I have received. All the staff are welcoming, friendly, caring and professional. The dentists are easy to talk to and reassuring when explaining the treatments you need, which they perform quickly and painlessly. The nurses are very sensative and caring and put you at ease during the treatments. As this is a small practice I feel I get a more personalised attention and do not hesitate to recommend them.

Cannot recommend Bridge Dentist practice enough! They are all fantastic! My three children have been here since a very young age. I went for the first time in 8 years recently as was terrified, they were all amazing with me! Everyone is so friendly and patient! I have now been to the dentist for treatment and to the hygienist and feel so much calmer all thanks to the dentist’s and staff on reception just being so great, you can always get an appointment easily, and they are beyond helpful!! The best dentist practice!!

I am not a fan of going to the dentist (once in 10 years maybe..) but I love the smile centre! I started going here since I got dental insurance with my employer. It's not the closest option to me but the reviews and feedback were that good I wanted to try. My dentist is Ruth and she is amazing! Really calming and chatty throughout the process so I know what is happening and explaining the reasons why. She is super friendly and provides balanced and honest opinions when it comes to treatment choices. I highly recommend the smile centre 👏

I’ve always had excellent dental care from the Smile Centre and rang on Monday needing an appointment as soon as possible. I was given one with Atul Shankar the following day. I was very impressed that he outlined the various options, including the simplest and least invasive treatment which I was very happy to agree to. I was a very happy patient. Thank you

These days I would only leave a review if after a few days or so, I am still impressed. So ten days on, here I am, still impressed. I had a molar root canal treament with Aisling Quinn. Aisling is very knowledgeable, thorough and her approach is calm and reassuring. She immediately put me at ease and before I knew it, she was done and my tooth has been very comfortable since.
