I cannot fault the care and dedication by my dental surgeon without whom I would be in considerable pain and discomfort. He explains everything he is doing during my treatment and what could happen in the future. The surgery is always clean and welcoming. The staff are a credit to the NHS!

I was impressed with the dentist last time, but today also the hygienist was actually nice! Both of them are lovely people, who ask the right questions and do not talk down to you. Hey, I've been going to this dental clinic since 2016 and they've always been great. I recently had a molar issue and they started the implant process. I had 2 new front implants put in by Nick Spilker and was very happy with the excellent treatment I received. My options and treatment plan were thoroughly explained and everything transpired exactly as forecast. The process was very efficient and professional and I am very pleased with my new front teeth, which are a perfect fit. I would be very happy to recommend Nick Spilker to anyone looking to have implants.

I've been with College Dental Surgeries for many years now. Normally, I'm just attending scheduled appointments and, of course, I'm seen promptly. Today, for the first time, I needed to call on them to ask for a potential tooth extraction. I called at around 8.40am, on the first working day after a bank holiday. I explained the situation and was immediately offered an appointment at 10.30am, and told that if I could arrive by 10.15am that would be even better. So, I did exactly that. After a good assessment of my tooth, it was agreed an extraction was the best option. Job done quickly, professionally and without pain and I was leaving the car park at 10.30am feeling a lot better. Nick Spilker and his team are the very best I've ever had the pleasure to encounter. Thank you for your amazingly efficient, prompt and super professional services, as ever; but particularly on this occasion when I had called saying I needed some help. Very, very highly recommended as a dentist practice.

Excellent service. Nick was happy to answer all my questions, of which I had many. He explained, not only the process of fitting my implants but also the more technical details of how they worked. There was never a feeling of being rushed. Now they have settled in, I am very happy with the results.

The hygienist was extremely thorough, but also very conscious of my anxiety. She gave me two useful pieces of advice as to better use dental brushes. The follow on appointment with the dentist was equally useful. I was very impressed with the team- as a nervous patient. Highly recommended.

The care that I receive from St.Michael’s Dental Care is second to none. From the minute you walk in you are greeted by friendly & smiling receptionist in a warm & relaxed atmosphere. Suriita Kershaw is an expert in her field as a Dentist. She is kind gentle gives good advice has time for you & listens. Her dental work is first class & you feel relaxed under her care. Her nurse is friendly & welcoming too & they are a great team working together. Brilliant hygienists there as well & I would highly recommend this Dental practice. They are “Simply the Best”.

I have been attending St Michael's since 2023. My Dentist is Matthias Schmidt who I can highly recommend, Matthias explains everything in detail so you fully understand any procedure he is performing, I always feel reasured and comfortable. The whole team are friendly and all very professional. I would strongly recommend this dental practice.

I have been attending St. Michael’s for around a year now, under the care of Matthias Schmidt and can only say hugely positive things about Matthias and the Practise as a whole. The staff are fantastic and very attentive, I could not recommend more highly. They make you feel at complete ease each time you attend and Matthias always talks through in detail what he is undertaking etc. which is great as someone who hasn’t always enjoyed going to the dentist! Xin is the friendliest, most knowledgeable dentist I have ever visited. I have never felt comfortable in the dental chair but she makes you feel so at ease, checks if you’re ok every step of the way and also has a great sense of humour. I do not dread my visits anymore as I know I’m in good hands.

My dentist is Dr K. Mahal. He is very professional and very gentle when doing any treatment. Always puts me at ease. My 8 year old son sees him too and really likes going to see him for checkups. I'd highly recommend the practice.

I think this is the first dentist I wasn't scared of. Very professional, friendly. Didn't try to force me into getting a treatment I did not want to take like other do which is seriously annoying. Already made a follow up appointment which took me not even 2 minutes to book. Definitely recommend.

From signing up and booking appointments was very easy with friendly staff, initial check up was thorough and informative also honest. I had not been to a dentist for around 10 years and had just chipped a tooth so I had expected a few fillings and some sort of repair but he was straight up about what was actually needed and I have just returned from one filling with a scale and polish and a 'see you next year'. Very happy with the service and the actual procedure was virtually pain free, especially compared to my last two at another practice. Definitely reccomend.

I have only recently started going to this dentistry and it is absolutely by far the best place to go. As soon as you walk in you are greeted by a lovely receptionist, the man who checked over my teeth was also very lovely there was no harsh or uncomfortable moments at all when he was cleaning my teeth.unlike other places I have been to this has to be the best due to its calm atmosphere, amazing staff and service. They make you feel really welcome so I definitely recommend going here!

I cannot thank KentEndo, WALDERSLADE enough for their care. This is my second visit to this office and the attention received from Stacey on reception to my consultation with Mr Noman was exceptional. The waiting area is spacious and welcoming, which puts you at ease straight away. I had pain free, root canal treatment here in 2018 and when I recently found I needed new treatment, I didn't hesitate to contact Walderslade. Would recommend every time

The team are very polite and professional and Dr Jana instantly took away my nerves and kept me well informed at every stage. The procedure was speedy and painless. I can’t thank her enough. A great big thank you to Monika , I have personally had two root canals and it has been a very pleasant and reassuring experience, I have also referred many patients to her and they have all given me a great feedback. Thank you to Stacey who has been so kind to arrange my appointments considering my work schedule and also fitted me asap so I was not in pain for long . She even came out of the surgery to guide me into the car park as I was lost . I recommend Kent Endo to anyone looking to have root canal treatment, you will not be disappointed. They are very professional, kind and compassionate.

Noman Athwal is professional, highly skilled, and human. After 1.5 hours of root canal treatment from him I did not have any numbness or soreness and was able to carry on with my day as normal. Amazing!

Get the best treatment possible and very respectful to those who have suffered from a traumatic experience leaving some people with confidence issues and insecurities and have been able to help others through their own experiences of loss or the main features that the body cannot reproduce naturally i have never had any problems or disappointment with any of my visits or experiences with my purchases and treatment and I would recommend anyone that is experiencing and suffering with teeth floss having to use dentures to use this clinic even if it's an emergency can you explain your situation stev call understand and do is best to get it resolved as soon as possible. I had over five years of depression and anxiety going to leave in My Home because of my lack of confidence and now because of stev I'm shining again full of confidence and enjoying the outside life again I would like to thank stev to the bottom of my heart you have made me Beautiful again and given back my confidence thank you Lisa

Broke the tooth off a denture. Visited the lab, very friendly, busy place. Very happy with the prompt repair/ replacement at a very good price, a fraction of what even an NHS dentist would charge, for the same thing! Cut out the middle man/ person! Highly recommended.

I have been with this dentist for around 4 years and nothing has been too much for them. I recently had a tooth out and soon after still in a lot of pain. I rang that morning, as I was in severe pain, and was told to come in at 4.00 that day. A temporary filling was done and X-rays to finally identify the tooth and was told to come back in 6 days for a proper filling but the pain came back severe again after 2 days and another phone call saw me back to the surgery at 3.00 on that day all sorted. I cannot thank the surgery for the compassion they have for their clients.

After years of being totally anxious about the dentist and avoiding going, I broke a tooth and booked an appointment at this surgery. Honestly, the best thing I've done - Dr Folake made me feel comfortable and has pretty much cured my fear. What a wonderful lady. I have just had my cap fitted and couldn't be happier. The reception staff are fabulous and I was at ease the minute I walked in. Thank you for everything. If you are nervous and need to see a dentist - book in here, you won't regret it.

I had my first appointment, as a new patient with Dr Wakas on Monday 15th November 2023 and my expectations were exceeded. I suffer with anxiety and he put me at ease - I had a tooth extracted at the back of my top row of teeth and it is noteworthy, that I had no pain, during or post tooth extraction. I also had an examination of my entire mouth, where it was identified that I needed a few fillings, and a bridge. The procedure I dread most regarding dentistry is the pain relief injection and this was administered slowly and was comfortable I highly recommend Dr Wakas and this dental practice. The receptionist and dental nurse were also extremely nice and pleasant and this also contributed to a very positive overall experience.

I had my first appointment with Waqas back in October to discuss treatment required and issues with my bridge causing me to dislike my smile. After expressing this to Waqas he was super helpful and efficient with all the treatme t required. I have had a terrible fear of dentists and dentistry since childhood, and have avoided them most of my adult life (embarrassing but true). But a year and a half ago a tooth broke and I was in phenomenal pain. Being new to the are I rang around as many dentists as I could find, but none could/would see me urgently, or charged an absolute fortune. I finally called Orchard and they saw me the same day and at a very reasonable price. Dr Aliki took time to listen to my fears (although by then I just wanted to be saved from the pain), and over the course of a week's treatment, resolved the issue and literally saved me, even bringing forward the extraction date first thing on a Monday morning after I spent a weekend in agony begging anyone to just pull the damn tooth out!). Since then she and her team have seen me on a regular basis, slowly fixing the problems cause by my fear-based neglect...always taking time, being kind and generous with the time and knowledge. The costs have been more than reasonable for private practice, and the experience as a whole has brought me to a place where I am no longer anxious or fearful (a miracle!) The whole team at Orchard are some of the nicest and caring people you could hope to meet (take them to the pub for a chat, I bet they have some stories!). I would especially like to thank the lovely Emma who brings a warmth and compassion to her reception role, ensuring the patient is cared for and dealt with professionally but always with humanity and cheerfulness - check out her amazing hairstyle! And her mentor, the sublime Soheila who clearly knows everything there is to know and uses that wisdom to ensure the practice runs smoothly and is always focused on the patients...especially those of us who are scared and anxious. What a dream team...they have all improved my life (and my teeth!) Note - I have been asked NOT to mention the evil dentist who resides in the attic and whose maniacal laugh can be heard echoing around the building on dark, stormy nights (this is, of course, a joke!) THANK YOU!
