The hygienist was extremely thorough, but also very conscious of my anxiety. She gave me two useful pieces of advice as to better use dental brushes. The follow on appointment with the dentist was equally useful. I was very impressed with the team- as a nervous patient. Highly recommended.

I have been attending St Michael's since 2023. My Dentist is Matthias Schmidt who I can highly recommend, Matthias explains everything in detail so you fully understand any procedure he is performing, I always feel reasured and comfortable. The whole team are friendly and all very professional. I would strongly recommend this dental practice.

I cannot recommend **St. Michaels Dental Care** enough! As someone who has struggled with a lifelong fear of dentists, finding this clinic has been nothing short of life-changing. I have been attending St. Michael’s for around a year now, under the care of Matthias Schmidt and can only say hugely positive things about Matthias and the Practise as a whole. The staff are fantastic and very attentive, I could not recommend more highly. They make you feel at complete ease each time you attend and Matthias always talks through in detail what he is undertaking etc. which is great as someone who hasn’t always enjoyed going to the dentist! The care that I receive from St.Michael’s Dental Care is second to none. From the minute you walk in you are greeted by friendly & smiling receptionist in a warm & relaxed atmosphere. Suriita Kershaw is an expert in her field as a Dentist. She is kind gentle gives good advice has time for you & listens. Her dental work is first class & you feel relaxed under her care. Her nurse is friendly & welcoming too & they are a great team working together. Brilliant hygienists there as well & I would highly recommend this Dental practice. They are “Simply the Best”.

I needed an emergency appointment on Monday of this week and I was seen the following day. The service and dental surgery is absolutely brilliant. We’ve been attending Lenham for nearly 40 years My wife and I and our daughter would all concur that it is an absolute brilliant, first class, exceptional practice All the work we have had done is first class. I had a filling last week and the dentist said this would have to be done by the hygienist which I thought was weird. All I can say is wow I have never had such a pain free, gentle experience at the dentist. I was numb enough not to feel it but not so numb that I was dribbling and incoherent. I have never been a fan of having fillings but if all my previous ones were like this I would not stress in the slightest. I highly recommend her to everyone.

My 1st visit to Lenham Dental, after being with my own dentist, for the last 45 years. To say I was nervous is a major understatement! Kate Marshall and Michelle were wonderful 😁 Put me at ease, explained everything and I felt leaving like I had been a patient for years. Can't say I'm looking forward to actually starting a course of treatment, but know I will be in safe hands 👍 I also upgraded to an electric toothbrush, so hopefully will receive some brownie points😉

First appointments today and saw Chan. I have a lot of dental work ahead of me and knew this. It took a lot for me to walk through the door but didn't want to appear terrified even though I was. Chan put me at ease, talked me through the procedures and was so lovely. She said she will get it sorted and I trust her already. I've had so many bad past experiences but already have great faith in her and the teams ability to reinstate my smile and confidence again

I've been with College Dental Surgeries for many years now. Normally, I'm just attending scheduled appointments and, of course, I'm seen promptly. Today, for the first time, I needed to call on them to ask for a potential tooth extraction. I called at around 8.40am, on the first working day after a bank holiday. I explained the situation and was immediately offered an appointment at 10.30am, and told that if I could arrive by 10.15am that would be even better. So, I did exactly that. After a good assessment of my tooth, it was agreed an extraction was the best option. Job done quickly, professionally and without pain and I was leaving the car park at 10.30am feeling a lot better. Nick Spilker and his team are the very best I've ever had the pleasure to encounter. Thank you for your amazingly efficient, prompt and super professional services, as ever; but particularly on this occasion when I had called saying I needed some help. Very, very highly recommended as a dentist practice.

Just visited Tooth Care Dental Rainham and had a fantastic experience with the Hygienist, Charlotte, and her team. Charlotte is such a lovely lady and took excellent care of my teeth. She also shared some brilliant advice, and I left feeling like my teeth were in great shape! The receptionists, Anna and the other wonderful ladies, were incredibly helpful and efficient, making me feel so relaxed—even though I’m not the biggest fan of dental visits. I cannot thank KentEndo, WALDERSLADE enough for their care. This is my second visit to this office and the attention received from Stacey on reception to my consultation with Mr Noman was exceptional. The waiting area is spacious and welcoming, which puts you at ease straight away. I had pain free, root canal treatment here in 2018 and when I recently found I needed new treatment, I didn't hesitate to contact Walderslade. Would recommend every time

Noman Athwal is professional, highly skilled, and human. After 1.5 hours of root canal treatment from him I did not have any numbness or soreness and was able to carry on with my day as normal. Amazing!

I had some damage to the bottom of my top front teeth that two previous dentists have been unable to fill (the fillings fell out within hours). I have had a very different experience with this dentist, and people have been commenting how they can't tell there are fillings. My bite was carefully considered and worked around so they feel very much part of my mouth instantly. And the best thing...the fillings are still there...Thank you!

This sounds oxymoronic but what a fantastic surgery!! I called Sunday morning due to a broken tooth and raging toothache. They fitted me in and extracted the tooth in the same appointment. The dentist (Dr Khan) was sensational and the dentist (Dr Awais Ali) who took care of my follow up was equally fantastic. Dr Ali was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable and competent which helped put me at ease and reassured me the pain would subside! Absolutely fantastic experience with Dr. Oday and his team! From the moment I walked into the clinic, the warm and friendly reception staff made me feel welcomed and completely at ease. I had my first appointment, as a new patient with Dr Wakas on Monday 15th November 2023 and my expectations were exceeded. I suffer with anxiety and he put me at ease - I had a tooth extracted at the back of my top row of teeth and it is noteworthy, that I had no pain, during or post tooth extraction. I also had an examination of my entire mouth, where it was identified that I needed a few fillings, and a bridge. The procedure I dread most regarding dentistry is the pain relief injection and this was administered slowly and was comfortable I highly recommend Dr Wakas and this dental practice. The receptionist and dental nurse were also extremely nice and pleasant and this also contributed to a very positive overall experience.

I have had a terrible fear of dentists and dentistry since childhood, and have avoided them most of my adult life (embarrassing but true). But a year and a half ago a tooth broke and I was in phenomenal pain. Being new to the are I rang around as many dentists as I could find, but none could/would see me urgently, or charged an absolute fortune. I finally called Orchard and they saw me the same day and at a very reasonable price. Dr Aliki took time to listen to my fears (although by then I just wanted to be saved from the pain), and over the course of a week's treatment, resolved the issue and literally saved me, even bringing forward the extraction date first thing on a Monday morning after I spent a weekend in agony begging anyone to just pull the damn tooth out!). Since then she and her team have seen me on a regular basis, slowly fixing the problems cause by my fear-based neglect...always taking time, being kind and generous with the time and knowledge. The costs have been more than reasonable for private practice, and the experience as a whole has brought me to a place where I am no longer anxious or fearful (a miracle!) The whole team at Orchard are some of the nicest and caring people you could hope to meet (take them to the pub for a chat, I bet they have some stories!). I would especially like to thank the lovely Emma who brings a warmth and compassion to her reception role, ensuring the patient is cared for and dealt with professionally but always with humanity and cheerfulness - check out her amazing hairstyle! And her mentor, the sublime Soheila who clearly knows everything there is to know and uses that wisdom to ensure the practice runs smoothly and is always focused on the patients...especially those of us who are scared and anxious. What a dream team...they have all improved my life (and my teeth!) Note - I have been asked NOT to mention the evil dentist who resides in the attic and whose maniacal laugh can be heard echoing around the building on dark, stormy nights (this is, of course, a joke!) After years of being totally anxious about the dentist and avoiding going, I broke a tooth and booked an appointment at this surgery. Honestly, the best thing I've done - Dr Folake made me feel comfortable and has pretty much cured my fear. What a wonderful lady. I have just had my cap fitted and couldn't be happier. I had my first appointment with Waqas back in October to discuss treatment required and issues with my bridge causing me to dislike my smile. After expressing this to Waqas he was super helpful and efficient with all the treatme t required. I have been with this dentist for around 4 years and nothing has been too much for them. I recently had a tooth out and soon after still in a lot of pain. I rang that morning, as I was in severe pain, and was told to come in at 4.00 that day. A temporary filling was done and X-rays to finally identify the tooth and was told to come back in 6 days for a proper filling but the pain came back severe again after 2 days and another phone call saw me back to the surgery at 3.00 on that day all sorted. I cannot thank the surgery for the compassion they have for their clients.
