First appointments today and saw Chan. I have a lot of dental work ahead of me and knew this. It took a lot for me to walk through the door but didn't want to appear terrified even though I was. Chan put me at ease, talked me through the procedures and was so lovely. She said she will get it sorted and I trust her already. I've had so many bad past experiences but already have great faith in her and the teams ability to reinstate my smile and confidence again

I needed an emergency appointment on Monday of this week and I was seen the following day. The service and dental surgery is absolutely brilliant. We’ve been attending Lenham for nearly 40 years My wife and I and our daughter would all concur that it is an absolute brilliant, first class, exceptional practice All the work we have had done is first class. I would like to add the balance to this review but can’t think of anything that’s negative. Thank you to all the Staff.

My 1st visit to Lenham Dental, after being with my own dentist, for the last 45 years. To say I was nervous is a major understatement! Kate Marshall and Michelle were wonderful 😁 Put me at ease, explained everything and I felt leaving like I had been a patient for years. Can't say I'm looking forward to actually starting a course of treatment, but know I will be in safe hands 👍 I also upgraded to an electric toothbrush, so hopefully will receive some brownie points😉

Friendly, and very efficient staff. Have been going to Lenham dentist since I was old enough to legally go. My allocated dentist is always lovely and talkative, very easy to speak openly with and very kind. Nothing bad to say at all. Keep up the phenomenal work 🙌🔥

I had a filling last week and the dentist said this would have to be done by the hygienist which I thought was weird. All I can say is wow I have never had such a pain free, gentle experience at the dentist. I was numb enough not to feel it but not so numb that I was dribbling and incoherent. I have never been a fan of having fillings but if all my previous ones were like this I would not stress in the slightest. I highly recommend her to everyone.

Just visited Tooth Care Dental Rainham and had a fantastic experience with the Hygienist, Charlotte, and her team. Charlotte is such a lovely lady and took excellent care of my teeth. She also shared some brilliant advice, and I left feeling like my teeth were in great shape! The receptionists, Anna and the other wonderful ladies, were incredibly helpful and efficient, making me feel so relaxed—even though I’m not the biggest fan of dental visits. The whole team is genuinely friendly, and it’s such a welcoming practice. Highly recommend to anyone looking for excellent dental care with a personal touch! Would you like any adjustments, Andi?

Been a patient here roughly a year now. Had 4 appointments with the dentist and 1 with the hygienist. All round great service. Appointments are well communicated. Polite & friendly receptionists, always have a smile on their face. Dentists, nurses & supporting staff are very professional, understanding and accommodating. From signing up and booking appointments was very easy with friendly staff, initial check up was thorough and informative also honest. I had not been to a dentist for around 10 years and had just chipped a tooth so I had expected a few fillings and some sort of repair but he was straight up about what was actually needed and I have just returned from one filling with a scale and polish and a 'see you next year'. Very happy with the service and the actual procedure was virtually pain free, especially compared to my last two at another practice. Definitely reccomend.

I have only recently started going to this dentistry and it is absolutely by far the best place to go. As soon as you walk in you are greeted by a lovely receptionist, the man who checked over my teeth was also very lovely there was no harsh or uncomfortable moments at all when he was cleaning my teeth.unlike other places I have been to this has to be the best due to its calm atmosphere, amazing staff and service. They make you feel really welcome so I definitely recommend going here!

I think this is the first dentist I wasn't scared of. Very professional, friendly. Didn't try to force me into getting a treatment I did not want to take like other do which is seriously annoying. Already made a follow up appointment which took me not even 2 minutes to book. Definitely recommend.

I very rarely write reviews, but after experiencing years of being scared of dentists, (due to a past experience), I have finally found a dentist whose first priority is to put the patient at ease. The staff are very professional and I cannot fault the service I received at Oakwood.

My daughters were really anxious visiting the dentist but since coming here they have been a lotttttt better!! All staff are friendly and helpful! The dentist is amazing with my daughters! I had a check up today, I saw two different doctors, X-rays done, all for a decent price. The doctors were brilliant, took their time to patiently answer all my questions and make me feel more relaxed. The receptionists were very polite and nice too, the place is clean and welcoming. I had some damage to the bottom of my top front teeth that two previous dentists have been unable to fill (the fillings fell out within hours). I have had a very different experience with this dentist, and people have been commenting how they can't tell there are fillings. My bite was carefully considered and worked around so they feel very much part of my mouth instantly. And the best thing...the fillings are still there...Thank you!

This sounds oxymoronic but what a fantastic surgery!! I called Sunday morning due to a broken tooth and raging toothache. They fitted me in and extracted the tooth in the same appointment. The dentist (Dr Khan) was sensational and the dentist (Dr Awais Ali) who took care of my follow up was equally fantastic. Dr Ali was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable and competent which helped put me at ease and reassured me the pain would subside! A huge shout out to the lovely receptionist who gave my baby boy a goody bag too! Thank you for a great service

Absolutely fantastic experience with Dr. Oday and his team! From the moment I walked into the clinic, the warm and friendly reception staff made me feel welcomed and completely at ease. They’re not only professional but also genuinely kind, which made a big difference. Dr. Oday was incredible—he took the time to explain every step of my treatment in such detail, making sure I understood all my options and what to expect. I felt he really cared about my comfort and well-being, not just the procedure itself. His attention to detail and thoroughness are truly impressive. Such an amazing dental practice! My first visit here was in March when I was booked to have fillings done. I missed those appointments. I had a horrible toothache overnight and I called for an appointment to be seen. I was treated with such kindness and professionalism. The female dentists who treated me showed me such empathy! I was in so much pain and they took care of my pain. I am needle phobic and extremely afraid of needles but they were so professional with me and helped me. I was adamant about the tooth being extracted because of the pain I was feeling but I was treated and given options that could save my tooth. Thank you to the 2 female dentists that saw me! I thoroughly recommend Staplehurst Dental Practice to anyone. Starting with the hygienist appointment (which I have always been afraid to attend due to sensitive teeth). The hygienist totally listened to my concerns and acted accordingly. I will ALWAYS trust the hygienist there and never use another. I then had porcelain veneers fitted on my top four teeth. Again, I was absolutely delighted with the finished product. Throughout my whole experience there I was made to feel comfortable, informed throughout by professional caring individuals. I am an Invisalign patient nearing the end of my treatment and all I can say is WOW! The whole team are great at this practice... Dr Jan has been incredible and the results I am seeing are nothing short of amazing. Everything was explained thoroughly and in an easy way to understand, you never feel rushed and he is extremely friendly, approachable and gentle. I have also had 2 appointments with Victoria during my Invisalign treatment, the first for hygiene and the second for a filling. Victoria is so friendly (it's like chatting to a friend) and, like Jan, incredibly gentle and amazing at explaining what is happening during the treatment process which really makes all the difference. I have never received such care at any other dental practice.. I have finally found a gem of a dental practice.

I booked an appointment at the end of July to see Dr Jan Einfeldt as I was suffering from an ongoing abscess which was really painful and needed treatment. Also I was overdue a checkup having moved to the area 18 months previously. Dr Jan was absolutely wonderful as he not only thoroughly checked my teeth, but also x-rayed and scanned them. The result was that the abscess had been draining but the tooth needed attention along with two other teeth up on the same area and next to the problem tooth. He advised that the best long term solution would be to have a cap and a bridge providing that the existing teeth could be saved by being root filled. Obviously that couldn't be guaranteed at this stage but hopefully that would be the preferred outcome. Dr Jan said that if I was happy with his suggestion, which I definitely was, then he would refer me to a specialist dentist who was an expert in root canal treatment. That course of action was taken and my teeth were successfully saved and root canal filled and prepared for Dr Jan to then provide and fit the new bridge and crown. I have done a separate review for Pearl Dental Care and Dr Karim who is based in Sevenoaks and undertook the root canal treatment. I then returned to Dr Jan and again he fully explained the next steps, told me the cost and went on to scan my mouth and to provide all the information required to send to his chosen technician, who would then produce the new bridge. Two weeks later, I returned to have the new bridge fitted and I am absolutely delighted - it is just like having my original teeth back but so much better. The bridge is easy to keep clean and I am thrilled to be able to eat and chew food without discomfort. It has been money very well spent and I would thoroughly recommend Dr Jan and his team to anyone needing to see a dentist. Both he and Dr Karim are absolutely unique and real craftsmen, whilst also being very down to earth and explaining everything very clearly. They are both anxious to help maintain and protect original teeth as far as is possible unlike previous dentists that I have been to who just want to take teeth out and fit implants! My grateful thanks to both these dental practices and these two exceptional men who go above and beyond with their excellent approach and dental care.

I have had a wonderful experience although I nearly gave up in the first week as I’d had a tooth removed and the invisaligners were so sore, BUT I persevered and I am so pleased I did. 56 weeks later I have a new smile and I am so pleased. Also because I was strict with myself as to how long I had them in over a 24 hour period I didn’t need to have any more news aligners. I would highly recommend Staplehurst Dental Practice too, everyone was very helpful and kind.

I’ve just finished my Invisalign treatment with Dr Einfeldt at Staplehurst Dental Practice and I am so happy with the results! ( pictures below, Whitening still to go tho) From start to finish the whole team at Staplehurst Dental Practice have been fantastic. They have been honest, very friendly and really did made me feel comfortable while I was there. I had finished the initial course but after a consultation they wanted to do a few more tweaks to get my teeth absolutely perfect! It added another 7 more weeks but what a difference! All in all it took only 8 months to get the perfect smile. I had a few Invisalign consultations else where before I started my treatment but Staplehurst dental was by far the best! After seeing Dr Einfeldt, I knew I was in safe hands as I could tell he is a perfectionist. I’m just so glad I went with them! Thank you to you all.
