It was my first visit to Lower Hayes Dental Clinic on the 2/1/25. I found all the staff extremely accommodating. They were friendly and helpful. The environment was warm and relaxing. A great first time experience!
I was booked in an emergency booking. I saw the dentist. They managed to sort out a temporary solution till I see my dentist. The receptionists were great and organised everything quickly. Happy with the service received.
Wasn’t my usual dentist and I was put at ease as I’m very anxious, communication with me was very good she talked through every thing with me and what she was doing and what options I had.
My dentist team are always so lovely to me and help calm my nerves. They use patient friendly language and don’t keep me in the dark about anything. They are amazing. I also have never had any issues with the reception team, they too are amazing and will happily help you with anything you need. Thank you to you all for restoring my confidence in going to the dentist 💖
All staff within the practice are polite and friendly. This is the first time in a long time that I've felt comfortable with my dentist. Brilliant practice :)
