My son home from uni needed an emergency appointment he was seen by Dr Linton the same day. And said what a nice chap he was, very happy with his experience.

Just moved to the area and was recommended to the Faversham Dental Practice. Very much like the friendly staff and straightforward service. I needed a root canal and advice on bleeding gums, and Dr. Linton sorted out both with excellent explanations and presentation of options. Am definitely staying with them!

I have been coming to this dentist since I was a little girl and I’m now nearly 50! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my teeth. The receptionist is always polite and friendly and the dentist, I now see Dr Linton, is highly knowledgable and highly skilled. My daughter suffers with a genetic disorder and so her teeth grow differently to others and after first meeting her, Dr Linton looked up her disorder to understand her more and will be in liaison with her hospital for future dental plans. This level of care and understanding is outstanding!

Superb dental services. I recently joined as a patient, having moved to Faversham in the middle of a programme of dental treatment, and the positive difference is significant. I have had 3 appointments in a month and my progress is amazing. I wasn't aware that a temporary cosmetic solution was an available option for me until I joined this practice and the results are incredible. I am so delighted with how my teeth look now. Everybody at the practice has been friendly and welcoming; I cannot recommend Dr Linton and his colleagues enough.

I am writing this review for my husband Phil. He was in great pain with tooth infection seen promptly and given diagnosis. Unfortunately he needed a root canal filling which he had today 15.10.24 carried out by Dr Shamir Dalsania. He thoroughly explained procedure, very little pain, he really looked after me. I am not a brave person at the dentist , but my Dentist Shamir Dalsania had to re crown my front tooth. He was so kind and gentle making the process I was dreading more bearable. The tooth was so good that you cannot tell it’s been replaced. I can not recommend Shamir enough, he is so kind, professional and a real expert in his field . Thank you Shamir

To best dentist I ever been too. Tom 100% recommend as can be fully trusted unlike Dover Priory Dental Surgery. Tom professionally cleaned my teeth the best result I ever had. Didn't need any treatment but gave me advice and tips on improving my daily routine, as plaque was showing. The Maryland Bridge that Ioannis at Burgate Dental fitted for my daughter has been superb. Along with the initial fitting we have been given a number of free check ups to make sure the Maryland is performing as it should and that there are no issues. I have no words to describe the exceptional service I receive from the team, and especially from Dr. Ioannis, the dentist. He took on a patient with numerous dental issues and, with patience and perseverance, is working diligently to improve the situation. So far, I am completely satisfied with their services and care. Another noteworthy aspect is that both Dr. Ioannis and the staff are incredibly polite, kind, and always willing to help.

Lucy, the hygienist, efficiently assisted by Alison, did a thorough job of cleaning my teeth. What I especially noticed was that there was absolutely no physical pain in the process- a really precision job! I was also given specific advice regarding care for my wisdom teeth. For those that find visiting a dentist practice daunting, there is the bonus of being in a beautiful and ancient building with the best views of the Cathedral! I recommend this Practice.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Basanta Shrestha at Sturry Dental Practice on 11th December. Following the extraction of my tooth, Dr. Basanta provided a clear and detailed explanation of my options, including a long-term solution with a dental implant. He was very thorough in addressing my concerns and ensuring I fully understood the process. With Christmas just around the corner, Dr. Basanta thoughtfully suggested a temporary solution using a Maryland bridge. This would restore my smile in time for the festive season—a gesture I greatly appreciated! By 20th December, the Maryland bridge was ready and installed beautifully. It looks amazing and feels like the perfect Christmas present! I couldn’t be happier with the result. A special thanks also to his nurse, Kennis Yuen, who was exceptionally helpful and explained everything in great detail, making the entire experience smooth and comfortable. Fancy not being able to eat over Christmas - I can think of nothing worse. However, that was the position I was in with a fractured upper rear molar. It happened on Christmas Eve and so I sent an email requesting help not expecting to hear back for a couple of days. I was amazed to get a phone call the next day in the morning and giving me an emergency appointment on the day after Boxing Day - 9:30am. I was treated with such kindness and consideration; I cannot praise the attention that was paid to me enough!!! Thank you so much for making my Christmas! A wonderful Dental Practice that looks after all my family.

I have recently registered with this dental practice after a very traumatic registration and appointment with one closer to my home. I am a very nervous patient when it comes to Dentists and I think the last one I registered with and ended up cancelling my next appointment with left me with such anxieties I can't explain. I attended my registration and check up with this practice yesterday and the staff were so friendly upon arriving, I felt a little at ease when I got in to the waiting room just by the receptionist, then the Dentist came out and called me in, he was so friendly and calming and I felt so at ease from the time I got in there, I was a little tense to start with but both the Dentist and his nurse were so kind, reassuring and professional and I was so grateful to them both and the front of house staff for making my first visit such a relaxed one. I feel I have definitely chosen the best Dental Practice to be with and look forward to having future visits with the knowledge that I am at ease and around a friendly professional service. Banning dental surgery is amazing. I haven't had my treatment yet but I am going through my consultations. They have made me feel so welcome and at ease as I do get very anxious. Everybody is so nice right down to the receptionist. I actually look forward to going.

Due to a bad experience at another dentist i have been quite anxious about attending for treatment. However, Rita at Appletree has been so amazing. She is calm and explains what she is doing. Both her and the team were so friendly. Definitely recommend them

Really brilliant experience with Appletree. Was referred to Mr Williams their specialist for a re-root canal. Both treatments were calm and pain free, no issues or problems! Staff are lovely and facility is very clean and modern. Would highly recommend!

I had not been to a dentist for 4 years and feel lucky that Carbasse was recommended to me. I had my initial appointment with Laura in April where a treatment plan was discussed in detail regarding options available to me. After a number of visits the treatment is now finished and I have the most amazing new smile. I wish I had seen her years ago. I must not forget to mention the other staff from reception to hygienists who are also all amazing. They really are a happy, friendly professional team.

Great communication, kindness and humour throughout my initial consultation and procedure to install posts for implants. Mark explained everything clearly and seemed very knowledgeable and confident. The team assisting him were great ( Sophie and Tim? Sorry bad memory!! ) The procedure was quite long, over an hour but it never felt too long, lots of breaks. No pain at all. Good instructions for post operative care at home.

I transferred to Carbasse from another local practice and have found the experience excellent in every respect. I registered with Tomas and, over the past year have had a number of significant procedures including a very difficult root extraction, several fillings and a dental implant. Tomas’ manner, skill, attention to detail and communication has been exemplary on every occasion and certainly my best ever experience of dentistry. The dental nurses, especially Ashley, have also been superb and the front desk reception staff are kind, knowledgeable and highly efficient. A really outstanding practice in all respects which I would recommend without hesitation.

The lovely calm, reassuring Dentist, Dr Balsam to the very kind dental nurse Jessica on reception who reassured and explained everything I needed to know regarding my visit! I went to the dentist with a very painful gum infection which I needed to be treated very urgently due to imminent surgery! Balsam was absolutely fabulous! She was very thorough and understanding and treated me with such compassion. Treatment was successful and I was able to go ahead with my surgery as planned! I cannot thank her enough!
