I have been a patient here for 35ish years. All the staff are lovely and Parm is a great dentist . I had to cancel a check up and Hygienist appointment and Tracy managed to slot me into another cancellation. All the staff are just lovely.

I would just like to say a huge thank you for the wonderful service I have always received, but particularly recently. From my initial distraught phone call to the lovely, understanding and compassionate Tracy, to the hard work and skill of Bunty and nurse Haley who was assisting him last Friday. They all worked tirelessly to help me. It wasn't easy, but Bunty persisted, Haley calmed me and both reassured me. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. I have been a patient since I moved to Whitstable 39 years ago. They have always been good but are improving every time I visit. I would highly recommend this Practice. Susan Roots

The care my family has received, for more than 40 years, from all the staff at Kelvin House is incredible! Tracey and her team of receptionists, Sarah the hygienist and Bunty and his assistants do everything possible to make your visit as quick and as pain free as possible. We would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a professional, efficient and considerate team for any dental needs.

Called the practice three weeks ago suffering with an ongoing tooth pain. I was given an emergency appointment later that day. A temporary repair was undertaken and I returned two weeks later and I was advised I needed root canal treatment, which was undertaken later that day - successfully. What was so impressive was that I was fitted into the normal daily appointments as an emergency. Thank you Palm and your assistant for your first class service - you saved me a lot of pain.
