I was put at ease from the very first moment of the first in series of appointments to have a dental implant. Mark explained every stage of the treatment plan clearly and he and his team provide a very professional and caring service. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Really impressed by the team at Carbasse Implant & Dental Centre. Following a laughable experience at a so called leading clinic in Chestfield. I assure you that Carbasse are the real deal. I had an initial consultation with Marc Carbasse during which time he was was able to extract a tooth that had been broken down to gum level in two minutes flat. No drama, no pain and no discomfort whatsoever. I was given a treatment plan that works for me, competitively priced. Two days after the initial consultation and extraction I had an appointment with their Dental Hygienist who was equally impressive. She did a great job. I’m due back to see Marc in around twelve weeks time for CT scans to ensure they have room to carry out the implants without endangering any nerves in my jaw. Fingers crossed they can go ahead with the implants. One lower jaw and one upper on opposite sides of my mouth. Thank you Marc and your team. Friendly reception team and pleasant atmosphere. I had not been to a dentist for 4 years and feel lucky that Carbasse was recommended to me. I had my initial appointment with Laura in April where a treatment plan was discussed in detail regarding options available to me. After a number of visits the treatment is now finished and I have the most amazing new smile. I wish I had seen her years ago. I must not forget to mention the other staff from reception to hygienists who are also all amazing. They really are a happy, friendly professional team.

I transferred to Carbasse from another local practice and have found the experience excellent in every respect. I registered with Tomas and, over the past year have had a number of significant procedures including a very difficult root extraction, several fillings and a dental implant. Tomas’ manner, skill, attention to detail and communication has been exemplary on every occasion and certainly my best ever experience of dentistry. The dental nurses, especially Ashley, have also been superb and the front desk reception staff are kind, knowledgeable and highly efficient. A really outstanding practice in all respects which I would recommend without hesitation.

I love it that I always have an E-mail reminder for my visits. The receptionist today was happy and singing a song quietly to herself which I found relaxing. Victoria my dentist is so pleasant and efficient , again I feel relaxed and confident in her hands.

Since Victoria took over as my Dentist, I feel more confident that I'm getting the appropriate treatment, if necessary. The Surgery has a modern look to it, something that had been in a decline over many years.

As pleasant an experience as a visit to the Dentist can be. All the staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Just like going to old friends for a visit

My denture broke while working in London. Could find no one to help me. On my return home I contacted The Deal Clinic who I had used before. The reception lady was extremely helpful and fitted me in the next day. On arrival it was obvious they had very strict Covid rules and both Mr Pond and the reception lady (sorry didn't catch her name) were extremely pleasant and professional and dealt with my problem efficiently. Thank you so much for your kindness and for making it an excellent experience.

Collected and had my new denture fitted last Tuesday the 25/06/24 . Wow! I am so Pleased with it. I'm not supprised how well it fitted with all the impressions Cameron took and how much attention he took ensuring the fit was right. I have had four detures in the past with only ever having one inprtession each fit. I would suggest to others, let Cameoen and his company's make your a denture if you want the best with exspert care and attention. I've been wearing it for five days so far and was advised I could possible feel some discomfort, so far not so, in fact I don't know I've got it in most of the time. Briiliant. Thank you Cameren and Dedra at the Deal Clinic.

Positively the nicest most professional dentists in kent, the reception staff are truly wonderful, As for the very pretty Dentist well shes mesmorising and truly excellent. Two teeth pulled and didnt feel a thing. Speaks volumes.

Finally found an NHS dentist 😬. Went for routine check initially, was really friendly and helpful, was told I may need a crown, I knew I had blue blood in me! Had quick descale, teeth feel great. Thank you AF dental, I'll be back 👍

Haven't been to dentists in over 35years..went for a check up in October this year and I was shaking I was so scared had to be sick because it's just that I get myself in a state over the dentist. There was nothing to it. He made me feel comfortable and calmed me down a bit. Anyway I got to go back on 13th December I need 2 fillings a tooth taken out and a scalp & clean does anyone know if I will or can have. All work doing at the same time or will it be 1 treatment all on different appointments?? Great reception to so helpful and friendly and sorted my problem there and then..so thank you staff keep up the good work 💯👍👊

Having recently had treatment I cannot express how truly satisfied I am, being extremely terrified and putting off for year's I plucked up the courage to go, they are caring kind sympathetic and absolutely patient. Had a complicated root canal surgery yesterday and continue to enjoy excellent dental care with the clinic. Been with them a few years now and have total faith in my dentist 🦷. Not many can say, hand on heart , a visit to the dentist is a pleasure but I'm saying it now. Nice, friendly , warm and welcoming environment . Boundless advice of treatments, well explained . Yes, it costs a bob or two but got to be worth it . Your teeth are important .

Great staff who go out of their way to be helpful on appointment times. Dr Niggli is an outstanding dentist, very calm and measured, and extremely gentle. Always happy to explain what's going on if necessary.

All staff very friendly and helpful. Mr Steven Williams performed a root canal on me. I was very nervous about having it done but he kept me informed with what he was doing at all times. I am so impressed with what he did. Thank you so much. 100 per cent recommend.

Really brilliant experience with Appletree. Was referred to Mr Williams their specialist for a re-root canal. Both treatments were calm and pain free, no issues or problems! Staff are lovely and facility is very clean and modern. Would highly recommend!

Due to a bad experience at another dentist i have been quite anxious about attending for treatment. However, Rita at Appletree has been so amazing. She is calm and explains what she is doing. Both her and the team were so friendly. Definitely recommend them

The Maryland Bridge that Ioannis at Burgate Dental fitted for my daughter has been superb. Along with the initial fitting we have been given a number of free check ups to make sure the Maryland is performing as it should and that there are no issues. I have no words to describe the exceptional service I receive from the team, and especially from Dr. Ioannis, the dentist. He took on a patient with numerous dental issues and, with patience and perseverance, is working diligently to improve the situation. So far, I am completely satisfied with their services and care. Another noteworthy aspect is that both Dr. Ioannis and the staff are incredibly polite, kind, and always willing to help.

Had my first hygienist appointment with lia today, she was amazing from start to finish. I was super nervous as I’ve not had this done before and my teeth can be a little sensitive, but she reassured me the whole time and made the experience great! Thank you so much Burgate dental. I now feel at ease to go ahead with the rest of my treatment plan.

My husband was so very grateful to have been seen today, not once but twice. First appt was 8.50 to assess a broken tooth and then asked to return at 11am to rebuild the broken tooth. I am very grateful for the speedy, amazing treatment I have received at Pennypot Deal. I have suffered with major anxiety and fear of dentists since I was very young. However, I had a bad tooth that I had to get looked at and I was recommended Pennypot Deal. I can honestly say this is such a lovely surgery, all the staff I encountered are kind, caring and helpful. I had to have a tooth removed which I've never had done awake (only under sedation) and they talked everything through with me, held my hand and made it as easy as possible for me to cope with it. The two dentists who did my procedure are superb and I really felt looked after. Highly recommended.

Being nervous and anxious whenever I enter this place I did a bit of checking out on the website before hand. I am not the best of patients but found that Dany would make me feel at ease and comfortable. I left with a treatment plan and a lot calmer as to when I arrived, staff pleasant and understanding of my phobia but still a wonderful practice. The Receptionists were welcoming and friendly. They explained everything clearly. The Practice was smart, clean and comfortable. There were plenty of seats available in the spacious waiting rooms. The dentist, Dr Hugo Marques was chatty, friendly and very thorough and I felt that he was extremely knowledgeable. The dental nurse was friendly and polite. The procedures were explained well and I felt very pleased and confident about my treatment. I would highly recommend to friends and family.

My crown came off and I rang immediately. Was given an appointment for the following day. Was given excellent service, reception and dentist. Feel so lucky to be an NHS patient at this dentist for at least 30 years! Thank you 😀
