Absolutely wonderful experience with Laurence and all the staff at Castle Street. Laurence is incredibly warm and reassuring, put me at complete ease, and got treatment sorted for me right away. The best dentist I have ever been to.

I have recently registered with this dental practice after a very traumatic registration and appointment with one closer to my home. I am a very nervous patient when it comes to Dentists and I think the last one I registered with and ended up cancelling my next appointment with left me with such anxieties I can't explain. I attended my registration and check up with this practice yesterday and the staff were so friendly upon arriving, I felt a little at ease when I got in to the waiting room just by the receptionist, then the Dentist came out and called me in, he was so friendly and calming and I felt so at ease from the time I got in there, I was a little tense to start with but both the Dentist and his nurse were so kind, reassuring and professional and I was so grateful to them both and the front of house staff for making my first visit such a relaxed one. I feel I have definitely chosen the best Dental Practice to be with and look forward to having future visits with the knowledge that I am at ease and around a friendly professional service. Thankyou so very much to all the staff and also all the great reviews on here which lead me to deciding to register with this practice. I would highly recommend registering as the ease of process was amazing, I'd give this eternal stars if I could.

From the very beginning, he was patient, kind and professional, and thanks to him, I'm not embarrassed by my teeth anymore. I’ve always been anxious about going to the dentist, but Tom changed that. I had a broken crown and some noticeable marks on my front teeth that made me feel self-conscious. (My old dentist told me I’d need a false tooth, not ideal at 35!) Tom looked and said he could put on a new crown and clean up my teeth. He took the time to explain everything in detail, answering all my questions and making sure I understood everything. In a world where many doctors and dentists seem eager to get you in and out, Tom was the complete opposite, he took his time and I didn't feel rushed. Now, not only am I more confident with my teeth, I'm also far less anxious about future appointments. Thank you, Tom, for your exceptional care and to the awesome nurses and reception staff. I highly recommend Tom to anyone in need of a kind and skilled dentist.

To best dentist I ever been too. Tom 100% recommend as can be fully trusted unlike Dover Priory Dental Surgery. Tom professionally cleaned my teeth the best result I ever had. Didn't need any treatment but gave me advice and tips on improving my daily routine, as plaque was showing. I am so glad I found this place.I am usually an anxious patient but have been treated so well with everything explained clearly, so that I could relax and completely trust them. Literally the best dental hygienist and fellow staff. I am usually a nervous and rather cynical patient having had some rather painful and expensive dental appointments at my old dentists in London in the past. However, I have been totally and very pleasantly surprised. The staff are so friendly, kind and reassuring. They gave very clear information. Best of all I didn't experience any pain at all. (The only reason I haven't mentioned a particular dentist, is because I am a new patient and haven't seen one yet!) I would recommend this dental surgery. Thanks Providence Dental!

Just had some dental treatment with Komala, to rebuild worn away enamel. Komala did a great job, and being a very anxious patient, she made me feel at ease. The reception team were also very pleasant. Would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a good dental surgery

I cannot recommend Pennypot dental enough. The best dental surgery I’ve been to. They have been fantastic. Quick services, very kind and reassuring. Fantastic staff and the dentist Syed Ahmed has been so helpful. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I have suffered with major anxiety and fear of dentists since I was very young. However, I had a bad tooth that I had to get looked at and I was recommended Pennypot Deal. I can honestly say this is such a lovely surgery, all the staff I encountered are kind, caring and helpful. I had to have a tooth removed which I've never had done awake (only under sedation) and they talked everything through with me, held my hand and made it as easy as possible for me to cope with it. The two dentists who did my procedure are superb and I really felt looked after. Highly recommended.

After an absolutely shocking poor level of service and communication from a different private dentist it was a huge relief to find the St Dunstans Practice. In particular, all the receptionists, dental nurses and Dr Surinder have gone out of their way to accommodate us. Perhaps most importantly there has been clear concise communication resulting in real trust leading to excellent outcomes and some very timely pre Christmas treatment. Ian is always thorough, considerate, and takes the time to explain his treatment plan in detail, ensuring I feel fully informed and comfortable throughout each visit. In addition to Ian, Sam, the hygienist, has also been fantastic. She is efficient, thorough, and the attention to detail in her work is excellent and I always feel well cared for. I have been going to St Dunstan's for 3 years and have found them to be on the whole, very professional. Dr Batti, my dentist is a skilled dental surgeon who has produced good work on my teeth. This last time, I needed a tooth rebuilt and the result was fantastic. Cosmetically beautiful, it is a robust addition to my dental assemblage. Although professional, he is conversationally engaging and has a good sense of humour.

I was put at ease from the very first moment of the first in series of appointments to have a dental implant. Mark explained every stage of the treatment plan clearly and he and his team provide a very professional and caring service. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Great communication, kindness and humour throughout my initial consultation and procedure to install posts for implants. Mark explained everything clearly and seemed very knowledgeable and confident. The team assisting him were great ( Sophie and Tim? Sorry bad memory!! ) The procedure was quite long, over an hour but it never felt too long, lots of breaks. No pain at all. Good instructions for post operative care at home.

Really impressed by the team at Carbasse Implant & Dental Centre. Following a laughable experience at a so called leading clinic in Chestfield. I assure you that Carbasse are the real deal. I had an initial consultation with Marc Carbasse during which time he was was able to extract a tooth that had been broken down to gum level in two minutes flat. No drama, no pain and no discomfort whatsoever. I was given a treatment plan that works for me, competitively priced. Two days after the initial consultation and extraction I had an appointment with their Dental Hygienist who was equally impressive. She did a great job. I’m due back to see Marc in around twelve weeks time for CT scans to ensure they have room to carry out the implants without endangering any nerves in my jaw. Fingers crossed they can go ahead with the implants. One lower jaw and one upper on opposite sides of my mouth. Thank you Marc and your team. Friendly reception team and pleasant atmosphere. I transferred to Carbasse from another local practice and have found the experience excellent in every respect. I registered with Tomas and, over the past year have had a number of significant procedures including a very difficult root extraction, several fillings and a dental implant. Tomas’ manner, skill, attention to detail and communication has been exemplary on every occasion and certainly my best ever experience of dentistry. The dental nurses, especially Ashley, have also been superb and the front desk reception staff are kind, knowledgeable and highly efficient. A really outstanding practice in all respects which I would recommend without hesitation.

Everyone involved in the emergency appointment was really helpful by finding an appointment and ringing to confirm my email by far the best dentist experience I have had in the last 20yrs with 3 other practices well pleased.

Very disappointing. Booked my initial appointment 4 weeks in advance. Welldene sent me a reminder 2 days before that date, but then contacted me the day before my visit to tell me the dentist had another appointment on that day and I would need to rebook. Offered one date initially which I was unable to attend, and when I tried to rebook the very next day was offered an appointment 6 weeks later as 'we are very busy'! Although I was informed they had dentists available if I wanted an 'emergency' appointment. Contacted Patient Feedback team, via email, to discuss and, currently, after two weeks have yet receive even an acknowledgment. UPDATE: Subsequently received an understanding letter from the practice manager, and after contacting him a short notice appointment was arranged with a nice dentist. Review amended accordingly.

I had seen Basanta from 9 years,I had to see him this time for an emergency appointment as I had severe toothache. I was able to see him within 90 minutes of speaking to the lovely receptionist (sorry I didn’t catch her name). A relatively pain free appointment and fully informed of what was going on and what to do next. Happy smiley face!!!!!

Fancy not being able to eat over Christmas - I can think of nothing worse. However, that was the position I was in with a fractured upper rear molar. It happened on Christmas Eve and so I sent an email requesting help not expecting to hear back for a couple of days. I was amazed to get a phone call the next day in the morning and giving me an emergency appointment on the day after Boxing Day - 9:30am. I was treated with such kindness and consideration; I cannot praise the attention that was paid to me enough!!! Thank you so much for making my Christmas! A wonderful Dental Practice that looks after all my family.

Excellent, professional, great customer service. I am having full mouth all on 4 dental implants. After losing a top front tooth and an upcoming wedding to attend to, they have bent over backwards to complete my uppers in good time for the wedding to which I am truly grateful. Surgery was swift and painless, fortunately I have no bruising and very minimal swelling which has now gone completely (day 3).

My wife and I have been coming to this practice for many years now, and the professional and personal treatment that we have both received has always been first class. It is a pleasure coming to this office. The entire staff is great!
