I am very nervous when it comes to dentists, and in particular needles. However, Derek and his lovely dental nurses and receptionists were so warm and welcoming they made it feel as if I were being treated by old friends, I've never felt more at ease in a dentist's chair. To say I am happy with my new mouth is an understatement, it feels so good not to have to cover my mouth when laughing, or feel ashamed of my smile. Thank you 1st Impressions would gladly recommend

I have been coming to this practice for a number of years now. I cannot recommend this dental practice enough. Derek and his team are thorough and always provide great advice and service. Derek really puts you at ease. Pricing is also very reasonable. Hands down the best dentist I have had.

We arrived in Ramsgate 9 days ago and I got a bad toothache because a tooth had broken over a long time and had grown into the gums. Now of all times it was making itself felt. We found help here straight away. Everything went smoothly. The whole team around Derek Watson was really great, friendly, uncomplicated and very knowledgeable. The doctor had to pull the tooth. He did this really quickly and painlessly. Even after the anaesthetic I didn't feel any pain and was given an appropriate dose of antibiotics before and after. I can really recommend this practice.

I attended a first appointment today and cannot praise Derek enough.He listened, took extra time to fill my tooth and scale and polish.I didn't feel the needles at all which was fantastic.
