A wonderful visit last night which included Lobster Thermidor served with hand cut chips, and salad followed by a warm fig and almond tart, finished with a liqueur coffee for my bestie and a Baileys Blush for me.. heavenly! Food was top class and service was exceptional and I was reminded of how good food should taste and look. A dining wonder… and a really good excuse to visit my bestie again… not that I needed one.. **revisit required with Mrs** A business lunch stop today at this lovely pub 🍻 and restaurant. It's a beautiful pub, very clean and cosy. I didn't try any ale due to driving, but the cappuccino coffee ☕ was spot on. We had a good chat in the bar and when the table was ready we were escorted through. The staff were great 😃 and very friendly. We ordered mains only and they came out within 15-20 minutes. I had the Hake Steak and it was very tasty 😋 probably one of the best I've had. Loads of flavour and the plate was left clean 🤩 Good accessibility ♿ for all A big car park just up the road, 100m say. And some parking 🅿️ available on the side street also. The toilets 🚻 were clean and tidy. Fantastic visit and I can't wait to go back and try a 3 course meal 😋🤩 Thanks for hosting us 🧡👍🤩

Excellent in every way - Our Sunday lunch in the upstairs dining room next to a window, White linen tablecloth, serviettes. Cheerful staff and food beautifully cooked and served. A very memorable meal for the three of us. Will hope to visit with other members of my family. Thank you. Pat M.

A foodie paradise from a chef who has built a fantastic reputation locally especially previously at The Farmers Boy in Shepley. Front of house was pleasant and efficient and all staff were knowledgeable and attentive. We booked last minute and would recommend pre booking at any time. We had Friday lunch today 13-09-2024. Caesar salad with a side of topped fries and lambs livers, 1 IPA and an Italian lager for £50.00. An absolute bargain and fantastic food. The pub is dog friendly, wheelchair accessible and has ample parking 100m away. We intend to make this a regular appointment! Would recommend without hesitation.

We were out on our regular Sunday drive and decided to go here. We like to go to places never been to before and what a very pleasant surprise! So much nostalgia and memories of days gone by in the motoring world. Lots and lots of items and cars on display. Great, prompt and friendly service. Great selection of cakes - delicious! The menu looks great too. Not just the ordinary old menu. Something different and interesting. If we're passing this way again we will definitely visit again.

Absolutely lovely cafe and the fact that it is car themed makes it even more unique! You get to have lovely food with a classic car showroom before or after your meal. The service was great, the food tasty and portion size reasonable. I had the stacked breakfast and this was to die for with the crispiest hash browns ever tasted. I loved it and will be back again. P.S. if you have a sweet tooth try their milkshakes. I highly recommend

Car nostalgia and great food! A must for motorcar enthusiasts with a car display spanning from a Porsche 964, BMW 2002 TI I, a TV7 through to a mark one Transit. There is also a restoration service with their exquisite craft on display. The food and service was excellent. We opted for a breakfast muffin and a hanging chicken kebab alongside a perfect coffee. There is plenty of onsite parking and rest room facilities. I recommend visiting and look forward to returning.

I recently had lunch at Harvey's Bar & Restaurant and it was fantastic. The weather was gorgeous, so we sat outside, enjoying the pleasant atmosphere. The staff were attentive and friendly, making us feel very welcome. The food was delicious with plenty of options, and the drink selection was impressive. Overall, a wonderful dining experience. Highly recommended!

Always an amazing experience to dine in/ takeout at Harvey’s. Food is consistently amazing quality and fresh. The restaurant itself is nice to dine in both inside and out and is very clean. Will always choose to come back, my favourite place to dine in Huddersfield. Only slight negative would be that parking is limited making it harder for assess especially if you are blue badge owner.

We had our dinner there the food is great the fish butty was delicious and they did a pear cheese and potato soup and the other dishes that other people had looked very nice. And there is a Christmas market on until the end of December. If you go for a meal it’s best to book as it’s very popular.

We were a table of 6 having brunch, which seemed to take ages to come. We were a bit hurried as we were singing with Rock choir at 12:45. It's a beautiful/popular place with a good atmosphere

A great experience, a lovely welcoming atmosphere, nice fire burning making it very cosy. Clean in all areas. Staff were very polite and friendly. We were served today by Claire and Ellie. We love meeting our family here for delicious food great service & a homely atmosphere The menu covers something for every taste proper food perfect sized portions perfectly cooked I love the duo of lamb, but the steak is beautiful & my daughter loved her mac& cheese. We followed that up with banoffee pie it was amazing. So if your looking for a nice spot for a meal while on your travels around here then pop in . Better still book a table in advance & avoid disappointment, i can promise you will enjoy you visit either way

Six of us there last night for our grandson's 8th birthday and served by Grace. She was fabulous. Polite, friendly, helpful, courteous and professional. We all said, that was the best service in a restaurant we had received in years. And the food was great too.

its always a pleasant atmosphere when we visit but this was our 1st time in the evening and it was just lovely . the staff are excellent ,making sure the fire was burning , taking orders when they noticed we had finished drinks . after finishing our meal we asked for the tab to be moved from our dining table to the sofa area and they were very accommodating. will be calling again :)

We called for lunch, good choice on the menu, their website says dog friendly, the facilities, were more treating dogs like VIPs, a stack of dog water bowls available & a large water dispenser, rugs & blankets. The dog who was with us only complaint was no toys but who wants a dog playing & running around when we're trying to eat, once we'd explained that he was on board again. Food was great, large portions for lunch but great value.

Just popped in to have a Sunday Lunch at the Foxglove in Huddersfield. First time we’ve visited. Was lovely in side, real fire burning on a snowy day. I had a beef and partner had the pork. Both was lovely, with right amount of vegetables and Yorkshire pudding, but the Pork was the best I’ve ever tasted, anywhere. Will go back just for that. everyone was really friendly and helpful, from the manager and especially Grace. Will definitely visit again..

Found this little gem of a place. It's absolutely stunning, and the staff are lovely and welcoming. Dog friendly, so r phoebe was happy being inside. We had pork belly Sunday roast and it was truly amazing. We'll worth a visit. Loved it. Thank you all. XOXO

Great pub, great service, excellent food. Bit of wear and tear outside but you can see they are actively working on improving this. Well worth going for a meal, I recommend the sirloin steak, £26 but worth every penny.

This was my second time dining at 315 bar, my first time was an anniversary meal, and recently for my mums 60th birthday. This is such a nice venue for special occasions and date night. The food and staff are lovely, and not overpriced. I will definitely be back.

Scholes new mobile chippy van parked on car park and received a lot of support. It was an ideal place for its first tour, and ple ty room for all who supported it. Social distancing and face masks were very well observed. Pub was obviously closed due to lockdown but at least it was a short Sunday afternoon outing.

Good for a pint, glass of wine and to meet friends. Sorry no food but sandwiches on special occasions and quiz night. Dogs allowed.
