Love this place without a doubt will come back again!!! We came up to Yorkshire to celebrate a family event and decided to come to this family run Italian restaurant as it’s the only other one that was open in the town (other one was closed). The staff were all so lovely and helpful helping us choose what to eat, the owners dad was singing and whistling while serving it was a great vibe. All the customers were speaking Italian and the place was full so we knew we came to the right place! We even ended up seeing the owner and her dad in the cafe we went to the next morning haha! Now the food, they had a deal for three courses I think it was £18 We got the calamari, garlic bread and king prawns Maybe because we opted for the deal we got served smaller portions but that’s no issue you get what you paid for however the king prawns were not king prawns at all, they were very small and were regular prawns and only 5 came. They were the size of a 10p coin. Also didn’t come with shells (which upon asking about why these aren’t king prawns which we didn’t get an answer to, they have no shells because the community doesn’t like it which is understandable) the sauce however was spicy but not too much and had a great fresh tomato flavour!! The calamari was delicious the sauce was also great, and the garlic bread was soft and pillowy, great to dip into the sauce of the prawns!! The mains were a very big let down, lacking of flavour but good portions. I got the mixed seafood linguine in tomato sauce, my friend got the lobster ravioli and my other friend got the chicken, cream and pesto pasta I believe. My pasta was a generous portion with plenty of seafood however had no flavour, no salt or pepper no garlic nothing it was just as if they just stirred the pasta with the sauce and seafood and just put it on a plate. My friends lobster ravioli didn’t taste of lobster at all just of fish, like sickening fishy, I think they may use seafood bouillon or fish paste in the sauce or ravioli, no complaints from the chicken cream and pesto friend but he eats anything really haha. The pasta itself was cooked really well and aldente! I think they sensed we didn’t like it and did offer to change our pastas however we didn’t want to complain as they were so lovely!!! Also the wine we ordered was a white wine and we got a bottle, it was warm… and we realised it came out of the box it had came in and wasn’t in the fridge at all. The wine cooler they put on the table that had the wine in had a few measles ice cubes at the bottom and was plastic… so didn’t do a good job at all. Surely, Knowing you’ve not got a properly chilled wine, you would provide a proper cooler and more ice, nevertheless the bottle of Pinot Grigio was delicious. The service and dessert is where they won us over, they had a special dessert of Trilece (they import the caramel from Albania, and the homemade tiramisu! These were to die for, even though we were stuffed we practically licked our plates clean. We ended our dinner with a lovely chat with all the staff about what there is to do in Haworth and Keighley and Limoncello on the house. The food is extremely reasonably priced but I’m coming up from London so I’m not going to blab on about that haha, and they don’t even add service to their bills. They said that their menu is expensive to where they are. 3 courses for each person ( we were three people) and a bottle of wine £75 !!!!!! I highly recommend this place if you’re nearby and if I ever go back up to Keighley I will be visiting again!!! Grazie per averci ospitato, ci vediamo di nuovo!

Lots of options on the menu, something for everyone, and the food was lovely. Great service, friendly and attentive. Will be back again.

Had an amazing birthday meal here today the staff was amazing

Visited for the first time Tuesday 18th Dec 2023 We had meatballs and garlic pizza for starter which were very fresh and tasted really good. For mains we had steak and chips and Lasagne. We had 2x glasses of house red and white wine. Service was excellent. Owner was very friendly. Overall a very good experience for Italian restaurants. The total bill came to £66 which I find to be excellent value for money. If you like tipping for service take cash as this option is not available at the card terminal.

I have been to this place a few times in the past few weeks, and must say, it's an excellent little place, serving tasty, delicious Persian food. I've got to know the owner Akram quite well, and he is a really good guy offering excellent service and knowledge. Most of the food is great, but I like the kashk badamjan in particular, and the chengah, which is some of the tastiest lamb I have had. Eat in, and you won't be disappointed.

Very unassuming Persian restaurant, opposite the Boltmakers, run by a lovely family and offering something slightly different. Excellent value for money and a great cup of tea, if you want alcohol it is take your own, highly recommended.

Sorry for the late review. Had my birthday not too long ago and as a treat I was picking out where to eat. So as brave as I am said I wanted to try something different. Persian/middle eastern came to mind. Up popped Qurtuba to mind. The food was cooked to the right requirements. Food was enjoyable and different to say an Indian meal. The spices were light on the stomach and refreshingly the customer service from the waiting staff was excellent sadly I cant fully remember her name. Either way I will be definitely be ordering from here again and if not dine in again. Thank you.

Saw the reviews and had to try, so glad I came. Service is quick and authentic. The food high quality and freshly cooked with the best flavours. The owner is around taking great pride and passion in his work which truly shows. Already looking forward to my next visit

Recommended 100 percent. Table service equally as good as the food itself. Shared the evening with the family. Dishes were freshly cooked to perfection. We have shared with each other and I could not fault any . We did not have such good curries in a long time. Fabulous.Will be back soon.

This was our first time visiting the Sizzling Lounge. We were visiting Yorkshire for a family birthday and 9 of us attended for dinner. The atmosphere is lovely bright and clean with plenty of space around the table which was lovely. The tables were a good size for all the dishes too. The manager was fantastic, I was genuinely struggling to select my meal so I asked the manager for his recommendations and I was not disappointed! The food was plentiful and delicious. Best Indian I have had in a long time. The staff also came to our table with cake and an indoor firework and sang happy birthday for my mum. Overall the experience was great and I'm looking forward to returning on our next visit. Thank you

Can't say enough of the service and amazing food. The pint of cobra off the tap in a beautiful glass was really something! The Argentine Malbec is a great choice if you like a mouth filling smooth red. The special dish fired in brandy is something to behold and the flavors omg. We weren't expecting a curry this early in the trip but weather drew us across the road from the mooring just below Bingley 3 rise to save getting g too wet. The rating was already right up there but not high enough for us. A fabulous feed and lovely folk. Get into it! J n K from New Zealand

Great cafe in a wonderful setting. Tasty cakes, panini's, sandwiches, jacket potatoes etc. Worth visiting even if you were not going to the park. Can get very busy on a wet weekend!

Fabulous afternoon tea , great value with friendly service . 11 of us plus a baby had a brilliant afternoon tea to celebrate an 85 th birthday. Everything was excellent. Plenty of tea,sandwiches and sweet stuff in a lovely pavilion. We had excellent service, nothing was too much trouble. We can highly recommend Cliff Castle pavilion. A tour around the museum after made it a wonderful occasion. We had to book in advance, but well worth it.

We visited at the weekend. Friendly staff and customers. I just had a jacket potato and latte, nothing fancy but both were very nice.

Great food & cafe, good wheelchair accessibility via ramp. We were impressed with the large range of vegetarian & vegan options available - from paninis & sandwiches to jacket potato or nachos, 3 bean chilli etc. The ice cream was delicious, it was great to discover that most flavours were eggless - which meant we were able to enjoy a scoop during a hot day. The cafe staff are friendly & helpful, and also flexible in terms of catering to your dietary needs.

Reserved a table for the boxing. Very well looked after by all the staff including the manager who looks like a Temu Jack Whitehall. Great atmosphere and a top night. Will be back to try the food as that looked great too.

UPDATE JUNE24 - visited for the football and had food and drinks. Gammon & Chips and mix grill were really good. Table service spot on as always and staff friendly and helpful with the family. Thank you UPDATE MARCH24 - best nachos in town.. unreal Nice bar with decent food & drink selection. Great little garden area with different coloured sheds to relax, drink and eat. Friendly staff. Place has been transformed since Shaun and his team arrived.. grand national dat was a massive success. Had a great time. Thank you

Visited the Bingley Potting Shed recently, and it was such a great experience! The atmosphere was vibrant yet cozy—perfect for a night out with friends or family. The cocktails were creative and delicious, and the food was spot on, full of flavor and beautifully presented. The service was top-notch, especially from Andy, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great time with amazing food and drinks!

Best pub in the area by a mile. Great owners who know how to run a pub for the local community! I would recommend it to anyone. Live music and quiz nights and dog friendly. They pour a great pint too! Anyone is welcome

The owners were very welcoming, and as it was early in the day, we were able to have a long chat with them. The pub is dog friendly. There was a nice fire going which made the place quite homely even though there were few customers at the time. We didn't have any food, but the menu was very good. We didn't stay as long as we would have liked as it started to snow heavily and we decided to make tracks early. We will be visiting again the next time we are in the area.

We have just had 3 amazing courses at this place. The taste and the presentation of the food was amazing. The four of us agreed that that food was better than nearly every restaurant that we have been to. Thanks to the Chef, the management and our waitress Emily. After a long walk by the canal we were pleased to find the Marquis of Granby open and called in for some refreshment. Received a warm welcome and after a Guinness, Cider and some pleasant chat we decided to walk back to Bingley instead of catching the bus. Can't comment about the food as we did not partake but it is definitely worth a visit. Amended opening hours :- Mon -Thurs 14:00 till late.

Fabulous Sunday lunch. Easy booking process. Friendly and attentive staff without being overbearing. Great (and reasonably priced) food...... Would happily go again 👍

WOW!! Sadly didn’t take photos but Highly recommend anyone to go to the white horse!! Food was the best pie I’ve had for a very long time. Staff exceptionally friendly, the Lager was crisp and we will without doubt be visiting again! Absolutely outstanding

We went on a cold wet evening so we sat inside. The food was so good, really huge portions. I had the beef pie and I was stuffed. My kids didn't even want pudding 'cos they were so full 😅 Beer is excellent too, Service was great, the barman even made a custom fruit drink for my kid.

A beautiful dog friendly pub with good beer and cozy vibes. Can be busy at times, which goes to show how popular it is. They take large groups for food and also have smaller tables. I didn't eat here but the food looked good that others were having! I'll have to come back.

Staff were really friendly and accommodating. I'm not one for getting pub classics, but the steak pie was absolutely fantastic. The starters were just as good fresh sides with the homemade tortilla chips and an eye-watering scotch egg. Worth every penny and more, we shall definitely be praising this establishment.
