Just had a meal tonight (Sat 11th January). Food was lovely, our server was fantastic, likewise the lady (Duty Manager) when we arrived who showed us to our table. They both made us feel very welcome and even made a point of wishing us a good evening. Nice to see some nice people do exist.
We had the pleasure of been served by Rhiannon on our visit to Toby Carvery this evening. I’m not usually one to write reviews but I have to say, the service we received from her was OUTSTANDING. It’s so nice to be greeted and served by someone who has a genuine smile on their face and really wants to ensure you have a nice experience. She had great knowledge of the menu and was always close by when we needed anything. After an awfully long day at pinderfields, an enjoyable trip to Toby was just what we needed. Thank you Rhiannon for the excellent service :)
The food was very tasty and filling. The service was very friendly and attentive. Considering how busy it was, we were very impressed with this. The manager Kat, was really welcoming and our waiters Kaitlyn and James were very personable and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and it was great value for money. We’ll definitely will be back
