Coming here in the morning to get my iced flat white was the highlight of my day because of Brouk. Not only did he make the best coffees anywhere in Canterbury, he was also friendly, funny, and able to wait on 10 people at a time efficiently. Thank you, Brouk!
Though this is a small Nero, the staff are wonderful and friendly, the drinks are well made, and the coffee is always fresh. As it is on the Uni Kent campus, it also has a lovely coffee shop/ bookstore vibe and is in the same building as Blackwell's Books. I highly recommend you grab your next cuppa here if you visit the University of Kent campus.
Staff are amazing and treat you like family!! Quality of coffee and food is always perfect. Small but cozy :)
It's one of the nicer Cafe Nero's around and Lauren in particular is always so professional and friendly and goes out of her way to help customers.. she's an asset to the company! 🌟
