Rang on a Sunday morning hoping to get someone to deal with our squirrel in the loft problem, Antony answered straight away and gave us a quote over the phone and then arrived the following morning. David at Pestek was knowledgeable and helpful about our pest issue and was able to book me in even though it was the week before Christmas. During the consultation phone call I mentioned that there were pets at the property. They were taken into consideration when planning the pest trapping which was great as I felt happy knowing that they weren’t going to get into trouble or be harmed. David came out to check the traps regularly and was always responsive to any questions that I had. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pestek for any pest control needs.

What a great guy and service. I phoned Dave just before COB and he attended to my wasps nest at 08:15 the very next day. Very knowledgeable and gave me assurances that within 24 hrs the pesky blighters would be history, and if any problems to call him back to resolve. Also very competitive on price - unmatched! Excellent service from Tom. He is friendly, professional, and kept me informed all the way. Sykes pest control, both guys are very lovely, easy going and very respectful. Easy to talk to and get what they need to done. I had a mouse and rat problem they've helped a lot. Takes time so be patient as their is a process. You don't have to go through multiple people to speak with them on the phone to book unlike other companies. As a family we have used Key West on at least half a dozen occasions now for wasp nests and on one occasion a cat flea infestation. Having a few problems with Rats in the roof space and under the house. I used traps (with peanut butter) in the roof and caught 3 within a week. All went quiet for a while until I noticed the scurrying and gnawing returned and found our food cupboard had been raided. That was enough, so I called Jack from The Pest Company and he was straight on the job with an assessment and a plan of action. Within an hour he had scanned our semi detached bungalow and next door too, laid traps and gave advice. Jack said he would return in two weeks. For those two weeks we didn't hear anything and found he had caught a large rat when he returned. Jack came back again (after another 2 weeks) and I gave him the good news that it was still quiet and the traps were clean. A five Star rating for the excellent and professional service Jack provided. He gave us 3 timed appointments and was here bang on time every time and was always available when calling for advice. Its been 6 week now and still blissfully quiet. Thank you, The Pest Company and Jack, you are a gem. Dave.

Having spotted pigeons showing an interest in gathering under our recently-installed solar panels, I explored the internet to find local companies with experience in fitting exclusion netting, and also to compare prices. I approached The Pest Company because of the level of information available on their website, in particular their knowledge and training with regard to the legal and humane aspects of bird nest removal. Whilst other quotes were cheaper, the level of information on the website gave me confidence in making the choice. Jack was quick in responding to my initial request for a quote, and he answered my queries quickly, which was reassuring. We arranged a date for the fitting of bird wiring around our solar panels and he arrived on time. Jack and his colleague Liam were friendly and cheerful. We were impressed by their approach to health and safety whilst at work. The installation was fitted within the quoted timescale and it is unobtrusive to look at. The only disappointed ones around were the pigeons. I would recommend Jack and Liam for their speedy response to potential customers and their cheerful, professional approach. Good job done. Thanks!

Came out quickly and assessed the job. We’d already patched up some entry holes around the property; they walked round both ours and neighbours to check for any other possible entry points. They laid some UV powder down to check for any activity - thankfully there was non on a later check up. Both we’re extremely friendly and professional would recommend.
