Myself and my neighbour used The Pest Company for a rat problem we had in our terrace houses. I found Neil to be very polite and professional in the house. He conducted his work quickly with no mess at all. He explained everything and was very reassuring in his advice and made it clear he would be available at any point if we needed him. Prices were very competitive and straight forward. I would def recommend this company and use it again in the future.

Amazing service, came out the same day identified the problem areas, rat dead within one week! Helped with odour smells. Neil is a really friendly guy who answers any questions you ask. I highly recommend

We were supported By Neil with an issue which we had and all I can say is that I would use him again. He was absolutely amazing and dealt with us sympathetically and professionally. Nothing was too much for him and he went above and beyond. A great big thank you Neil, really appreciate all you have done.

From sending Neil an email to him coming to sort the problem. All done in less than 24hrs. Fantastic, friendly help and advice given from the get go. Had two wasps nest in my soffits, Neil asked questions from the start. With a very good price given. A rough time of day was given , then a time was sorted once I informed him I was home. Called when 15 mins away, came sorted the nests. One very VERY happy customer.
