David was able to tackle a wasps nest behind a vent brick, on the first storey of my house same day - with about 3 hours notice. Plus he provided full details and evidence afterwards. Highly recommended!

David at Pestek was knowledgeable and helpful about our pest issue and was able to book me in even though it was the week before Christmas. During the consultation phone call I mentioned that there were pets at the property. They were taken into consideration when planning the pest trapping which was great as I felt happy knowing that they weren’t going to get into trouble or be harmed. David came out to check the traps regularly and was always responsive to any questions that I had. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pestek for any pest control needs.

As a family we have used Key West on at least half a dozen occasions now for wasp nests and on one occasion a cat flea infestation. James was brilliant. Really professional and responsive, plus very knowledgeable. He was the second pest controller I had to get out for a rodent problem following the first one not resolving the problem. He was really thorough, clean and got control of the situation very quickly. I’m happy to say he’s resolved the issue and also helped to identify what the root cause was, which was drain related and we are now getting this fixed. He was also cheaper than any others, I honestly couldn’t recommend him enough!

Very good indeed. Came the same day. My mum was frantic after getting infested by rats, after having a new kitchen fitted. James came the same day, was 1/2 the price of Rentokil who never even turned up, got a refund off them. Highly recommended.

Fantastic professional service. Rats were getting into the wall cavities via a hole in the neighbours house. Surekill dealt with everything and spoke with the neighbour to get them on board with the issue, and got them to consult with their landlord to get the hole blocked up. They have pencilled in a follow up call to lay the poison and also check with the neighbour to ensure the landord will fill in the hole and prevent them coming back. Great service.
