As a family we have used Key West on at least half a dozen occasions now for wasp nests and on one occasion a cat flea infestation. Since the first meeting Danny Sabey and Crystal Pest Control becoming our pest control service provider, we have received a VFM professional service. Since the contract started I have needed advise and additional services which Danny has been happy to provide. Danny has also on occasion been able to arrange urgent out of hours service with less than 4 hours notice. Also the operatives that attend site to complete the scheduled service visits are very professional, helpful and polite.

Arrived on time, efficient, well mannered, and the finished job was first rate. Highly recommended.

I spoke to several companies quoting minimum £120 fixed rate, fully booked for a week at least before they can offer you an appointment. If offered one on the day, no guarantee and they cancel on you. However, WASPMAN were cheapest out there, only company to give you time to listen and explain everything you need to know. Liam attended our property for his second visit. Again his customer care was excellent. He arrived within the timeframe specified. He explained everything he was doing and advised on next steps. Liam’s approach and advice enabled me to feel much more confident about something I’d been very anxious about. He again offered for me to contact him with anything I was worried about. I have contacted him about a smell in the house. He responded within a couple of minutes and put my mind at rest. I would highly recommend Liam and Copley Pest Control. I had the final visit from Neil yesterday. Again a fantastic professional and friendly service. Neil contacted me to let me know time of arrival. Reassured me that there had been no further rodent activity but to call in the future should I have any concerns. Both Neil and Liam were also very kind to our new puppy which I appreciated. Liam did a great job at removing moths/larvae in my house and giving thorough advice for treatment. He is on time, does a job properly and with care and he even came back to resolve what his colleague didn’t do. So ask for Liam for a job well done. Phill is also great!!!

We were provided with and excellent service by Liam today. He called to let us know he was on his way with an estimated arrival time. The vehicle tracker was great so I knew exactly when he'd arrived. Liam was friendly, re-assuring and incredibly knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing in detail and told us what to expect to allay any concerns. He also offered onward customer advice at any time. Rang in the morning due to wasps nest and it had been dealt with by the time I came home from work. Second time of using and received the same high standard of service as the first time. Would highly recommend. Excellent service from the start, if I could more than 5 stars I would.

We have used Glen a few times to help out with unwanted wasps nests (in different locations). He has always been very quick to get to us, very efficient in dealing with the problem and let us know what to expect after. We will definitely use him again if we have any more pest issues.

Suspected I had a wasps nest in the eaves of my house and rang Glen who arrived within the hour. He confirmed that I did indeed have wasps, and treated the nest immediately.
