Great experience dealing with Richard. Very responsive just before Christmas. We would highly recommend Richard, he is extremely knowledgeable. On his first visit he carried out a through inspection, identified the problem areas and where he thought the point of entry was. Brilliant service all-round. A real thorough job plus he ensured we were happy with the service he provided. In my view it pays to go local to an independent business rather than being ripped off by the "big" pest control companies.

Richard came to get rid of some wasps above my bathroom window. He replied to my email quickly and arranged a good time for us both. He was very good at checking everything was safe and explained what will happen. Once the process was over he explained what I had to do with keeping my windows closed.
