We were provided with and excellent service by Liam today. He called to let us know he was on his way with an estimated arrival time. The vehicle tracker was great so I knew exactly when he'd arrived. Liam was friendly, re-assuring and incredibly knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing in detail and told us what to expect to allay any concerns. He also offered onward customer advice at any time. I would highly recommend this service and would ask for Liam if I ever had need of the service again. Thank you

A big thank you to Tom and Mark at Copley Pest Solutions. They arrived as scheduled, quickly located the wasp nest in my loft and, because it was inactive, safely removed it. As it was a removal only and didn't require chemical treatment they quickly arranged a reduction of the charge. Very impressed with the service. Thanks guys, and thank you Copley!

Liam attended our property for his second visit. Again his customer care was excellent. He arrived within the timeframe specified. He explained everything he was doing and advised on next steps.
