We had an issue with bedbugs in our flat in Bethnal Green. Sahid came out the next day and dealt with the issue swiftly, returning for free around a week later when a few of the bugs came back. I really appreciated Sahid's targeted approach, taking his time to locate the nest and exterminate, rather than fumigating the entire flat (as other pest control people were recommending). We managed to avoid washing all our fabrics unnecessarily and so far have been bug free. Sahid was really friendly, offered good advice, and was very knowledgeable. From the outset, the experience of dealing with AGS One has been hugely positive. Illary was very helpful and Dan, who came to my house, was very knowledgeable, extremely thorough and very helpful. In addition, he is a thoroughly nice person. I dealt with another local pest control company previously but Dan took the service to another level.

AGS were extremely responsive. Quick to attend and resolve the issue. Peter attended for the three visits. He was prompt, professional, thorough and friendly. Gave helpful advise. Would 100% recommend and use their services again.

When we had a problem with rats in our house, AGS pest control were very efficient and reasonably priced. Their representative, Dell, was clear on what had to be done and explained his method of dealing with the problem in a pleasant and accessible way. Dell visited us 3 times and checked for signs of rats in the house as well as checking outside for the ways they were getting in and gave us good advice on how to fix it. Happily, AGS solved our problem with rats. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dell and AGS.

Professional, friendly service given at a reasonable price. Moving to a more rural area we knew wildlife ( aka rats) might be on the agenda. Seeing 2 outside wasn’t a problem but then one decided to try our roof space- not so happy with that - being kept awake by gnawing!! The council referred us to AGS and they came in good time, surveyed the area, left disincentives for them. Result no more rats ( for now no doubt) but good advice given on how to deter our unwanted house guests. Very pleased with the service and would recommend every time.

Cannot recommend Pest Protect enough especially Connor. I am disabled and use an electric bed which was very expensive. After trying numerous other contractors Connor managed to solve the bed bug issue. Which are so hard to finally exterminate. Am so grateful. Professionalism and cost were spot on.

The technicians have been supportive and helpful, also any emergency visits have been arranged quickly and efficiently. Account manager is always one phone call away, assisting with his knowledge and experience to help to choose right approach to the problem and find suitable solution. We've been looking for partnership with our service provider and so far we are not disappointed.
