I highly recommend if your looking for quality and cost effective service . I rang David for assistance to get me and my little one back into our apartment. The call was quick and easy, he took my details in a professional manner and was super friendly. I didn't even have to wait long until he arrived, the job it's self didn't even take long as within the 15-20minutes upon his arrival he managed to get us back into our apartment. I do not wish to lose my key anytime soon but I know who to call 😀

Our door lock started failing and it was clear that it was just a matter of time before we would either not be able to unlock it, or not be able to lock it. So we called Wetherby Lock and Key Centre. From this point on we were impressed: up front about all charges, Terry came out the same morning and was very knowledgeable and replaced the faulty mechanism quickly and efficiently. All our options were carefully explained and at no point was there any pressure to go for a particular option. Door works well and we are satisfied with the quality of the service. We will definitely use them again.

Locked out on Saturday morning. Tried several numbers with no success, then tried this one. They were great. Terry was friendly efficient and quick. From phoning office to Terry completing the job was about an hour! Can't ask for more than that!! Would highly recommend 👌

Jim was very diligent and professional at fixing an issue with a broken key. The problem ended up being more complicated than thought but rather than replace an entire locking system at significant cost Jim investigated and fixed the issue. He didn't leave until everything was working perfectly. Cost was very reasonable also and job done in under an hour. I'd definitely recommend what was a friendly, effective local service.

Thank you so much for coming out so quickly and so late. Our dogs loved Dave who didn't mind a helping paw or two. David was simply amazing, fitted four new locks to all my exterior doors, quick, easy to arrange, all done and dusted on the same day. He gave advice on basic security, and didn't try to up sell at all. Also as a bonus, told me about his love of fast cars / bikes. A real genuine guy, and I'd happily recommend to anyone!!

Paul at Weatherby shop was incredibly helpful when our car key snapped 200 miles from home. Whilst the shop did not stock the sort of key required for a placement he was extremely polite and gave us a lot of good advice to help us when we were stuck, and provided a temporary fix so we could get home to get our spare whilst ordering in the correct item to a local store. Got a new key cut from here. Great selection of designs to choose from - I went for a pink one - cost £12 for one or £18 for two. Service was very fast, I was in and out in under two minutes
