We have called out In House Securities twice now for urgent issues and have been really happy with the service provided each time. Lovely gentlemen who came out and replaced our front and back door locks. Later they arranged for, and fit 3 internal door locks to a high standard. Given the internal doors were practically new, a qualified joiner accompanied the locksmith to carry out the relevant work, without me requesting as such, and they ensured a quality finish without any damage. We booked this company in the morning as I had managed to jam my external porch doors open due to a problem with the key. The two gentleman who came were pleasant, polite, professional and we felt comfortable having them in our house. Although I did not anticipate that morning having a bill for the doors I do not think the price was extortionate. We would recommend this company.

Absolute Locks provide an excellent service. Andy came out at very short notice. Staff are friendly, efficient and provide helpful customer service. Windows were boarded up straight away. Andy gave us some helpful and professional advice. He ordered and fitted a new replacement window within less than 10 days. I had an attempted break in on a works van and called Absolute locks the following morning for a high security lock replacement. The fitter was with us within 3 hours with the correct part and did an outstanding job. He was professional and efficient at carrying out the repair. Once he’d fitted a stainless steel plate over the damage and replaced the lock , the van looks and is way more secure. New decals the following day and it’s hardly noticeable. This is a number to keep for any future requirements .

Jason was super helpful in identifying the issue with a broken window lock. He came prepared with a replacement handle which he installed in no time at all. He was also able to fix the front door which was not closing properly, something that I sprung upon him last minute and was more than happy to resolve. Would highly recommend his services!

Amazing service. Our little boy was locked in his bedroom door and the mechanism in the door was shredded. Mark attended within 5mins at 8:00pm on a Wednesday night and had the door open and a replacement lock in place by 8:30pm. Keymark Locksmiths have replaced the locks fitted in my new build after moving in. The locks supplied when I moved in to the property were only basic and now I have the highest level of lock security available on all my locks. I also asked the locksmith while he was here if there was anything to protect my French doors and he showed me the patlock which i went for too. I paid a fantastic price for my locks (much cheaper for the same product others were offering) and I genuinely don’t think you could beat the locksmiths workmanship, knowledge and experience. In regards to the extra patlock I purchased on the day - Keymark Locksmiths charged me less than I saw them available online for after the visit!

Finally my faith in tradesmen is restored. Quick reliable and honest. Called Andy and within a couple of hours he was here. Both fobs on my car had stopped working. He was very noligable and had it fixed in no time. Excellent service

I got in touch regards a very urgent job I needed sorting.He called down to look at what needed doing and gave me what I feel was a very reasonable quote! He then carried out the work for me the morning after (these were not broken locks but ones that needed upgrading). Amazing! Contacted him and within 24 hours he came out and didn’t charge us for changing the handle from the outside so we were able to get in and out of the back garden. As soon as the new handle arrived he came the same day and fitted it for us. Absolutely brilliant service and such a kind and respectful man could not recommend Roger enough!

Having used them in the past, I was aware of the friendly nature and helpfulness, so I popped by. The two gentlemen I met there today, were extremely helpful with explaining the services they offered. The job was completed within ten minutes in a professional manner. After locating the nearest Timpson (Keighley)from their web site to enable to replace a key fob for a keyless car. Met with Liam who was very knowledgeable and helpful with our needs. We placed an order to replace our key fob and Liam rang to update us on the status of when the key was going to be in store. We have now a new key for our car. Liam is a credit to Timpson he treated us with respect and gave advice and guidance on the selection of which key to buy. I wish him well with his career
