After locating the nearest Timpson (Keighley)from their web site to enable to replace a key fob for a keyless car. Met with Liam who was very knowledgeable and helpful with our needs. We placed an order to replace our key fob and Liam rang to update us on the status of when the key was going to be in store. We have now a new key for our car. Liam is a credit to Timpson he treated us with respect and gave advice and guidance on the selection of which key to buy. I wish him well with his career

I normally tend to use local repair shop for my watch needs so to support local businesses, but all were closed on this occasion except Timpson. Having used them in the past, I was aware of the friendly nature and helpfulness, so I popped by. The two gentlemen I met there today, were extremely helpful with explaining the services they offered. The job was completed within ten minutes in a professional manner.
