Arranged a date for work to be done and said I’d get a call when he was on the way. Got a call to say he was 10 mins away. Work done quickly and very helpful. The only reason I didn’t put 5 stars was the 10 mins notice. I had thought I’d get approx a 30-60 min heads up. Will definitely use again if needed and would recommend.

Amazing service highly recommended. Changed 4 locks due to loosing my keys, you can tell he has so much experience with the easy of speed he works at while having a good chat. Also he fixed my patio door that at dropped saving me £100's. Thank you

The lock on our french doors failed this morning meaning we had to cancel some plans for today. But we rang Stephen and he was at our house within a couple of hours. He found the problem and had sorted it almost before I had time to make him his cup of coffee!
