Our back door lock failed and we could not lock it or get the key out. Terry arrived at the time we booked and had it sorted within half an hour and with minimum fuss. Am very impressed and grateful for the efficient and friendly service.

Terry did a great job of unlocking and replacing my front doors lock. Gave good detail on the issue that had caused my old lock to seize. Honest, fair pricing for both the work and the new lock.

I would not hesitate in recommending Grahams services to anyone. I got in touch regards a very urgent job I needed sorting.He called down to look at what needed doing and gave me what I feel was a very reasonable quote! He then carried out the work for me the morning after (these were not broken locks but ones that needed upgrading). Superb service- had to arrange a new key whilst I was abroad at 4pm on a Friday night to be able to drive home at 10pm. The whole thing arranged over text, met at the agreed time and was on the move within 15 minutes. Great customer service, easy to work with and great attitude to helping me out! I would absolutely recommend. Not in hurry to need the service again but have the number saved.

Took my Cousins car to be looked at because there was a starting issue with it (Vauxhall Astra). Fault found and cleared and clearly explained what the fault had been. Vehicle was checked over before being returned with an invoice which was considerably less than Vauxhall would have charged. Also the key wasn’t in the best condition so it was crimped closed again as all part of the service. Highly recommended 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Wonderful service provided. Door mechanism had failed. Advice provided and measurement taken for order. Kept updated throughout for the part which was ordered. When it arrived received a call and within 30 minutes the new mechanism was installed, checked over and over to ensure smooth running. The mechanism is better than the previous one that was installed. All materials and waste taken away. Defo will advise everyone to use 'Fifty shades of Green'. Professional and prompt. Could not ask for more. Will defo be using Colin again.

Jason was super helpful in identifying the issue with a broken window lock. He came prepared with a replacement handle which he installed in no time at all. I phoned Locks that last yesterday afternoon to request a lock change on my side door. Phill came the same evening & changed my old lock with a high security lock. Very quick & efficient service, reasonably priced & will definitely use again if the need arises. I would 100% recommend,
