Absolute Locks provide an excellent service. Andy came out at very short notice. Staff are friendly, efficient and provide helpful customer service. Windows were boarded up straight away. Andy gave us some helpful and professional advice. He ordered and fitted a new replacement window within less than 10 days. This company really does everything it says on the website. Excellent customer services and will go above and beyond to ensure any job they have is completed to a professional high class standard. In terms of key cutting, all I can say is that if you ever have the chance to visit, then their on view workshop is impressive. Harfords managed to cut me a key that is ‘rare’ and complicated. Their machines are second to none, with their operatives knowledgeable, professional and clearly take pride in their work. I wholly recommend this company and was impressed with the service & product.

We received an excellent and professional service from B &S Locksmiths. I called them about my locking mechanism on my door not working properly. There was no answer but they rang me back straight away. They made an appointment to come and look at it and ordered a new part telling us when they would be able to fix it. The job they did was excellent and the lock has never worked so good. They charged a fair price and I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic service and price. I had a dodgy fob and was locked out of my van and my key was so worn it wouldn’t activate the locks (old van absolute nightmare). Michael drove the few miles to me and managed to gain entry without damage via the lock and then swapped the components from my old genuine Ford fob which was broken into an aftermarket fob I’d bought online then recoded it which worked perfect, the next day I called at his shop to collect a new key he’d cut for me and he fitted my old genuine Ford transponder into that key which works perfectly, saved my weekend as I needed the van for work and all for well below £100! It’s a month later now and I’m late leaving this feedback but everything is still working fine. Brilliant customer service and great job done quickly, needless to say I won’t be using anyone else for keys or locks in future.

I had an issue with my Hyundai i10 remote not working and initially thought it was a battery problem. I contacted "Auto Locksmith Cartonics", and the guy quickly identified the actual issue, which turned out to be a minor one. He fixed it within two minutes! When I offered to pay, he kindly refused to take any money. His kindness and professionalism truly stood out. I also asked about the cost of a new key, and the price he quoted was incredibly reasonable. What a top bloke this man is!!!! Genuinely a legend!!!! Due to some unforeseen hiccups he was unable to sort my issue out the first time around. He managed to come back and get me sorted, when a few others had failed. Keymark Locksmiths have replaced the locks fitted in my new build after moving in. The locks supplied when I moved in to the property were only basic and now I have the highest level of lock security available on all my locks. I also asked the locksmith while he was here if there was anything to protect my French doors and he showed me the patlock which i went for too. I paid a fantastic price for my locks (much cheaper for the same product others were offering) and I genuinely don’t think you could beat the locksmiths workmanship, knowledge and experience. In regards to the extra patlock I purchased on the day - Keymark Locksmiths charged me less than I saw them available online for after the visit!

Amazing service. Our little boy was locked in his bedroom door and the mechanism in the door was shredded. Mark attended within 5mins at 8:00pm on a Wednesday night and had the door open and a replacement lock in place by 8:30pm. Cannot recommend more! Took our young child & dog out to play in the snow and lost our keys. On a day where the town was staying at home due to heavy snow, two members of the team came out in the snow to ensure we could get into our house. They were fast, skilled and got us back into our home as quickly as they could. The men were friendly and determined to get us into our house and we couldn’t believe how reasonably priced they were, especially on a Sunday and when travelling in poor weather conditions. Andy responded quickly to our message and arrived when he said he would on Sunday to try to fix our door. Due to age and trickiness (we have had a few people to tend to it over the years)he had to return today. He arrived at the time he said he would and persevered patiently with our tricky door, replacing the lock mechanism and working on the door so that it opens better now than when it was first fitted a good few years ago. He was polite, profressional and clearly had a lot of knowledge. I definitely recommend him.
