What excellent service from Ken at the Yeadon branch. I needed a key cutting for our very old camper van. Ken did his best to find a match, even calling for more advice - but he conceded that he didn't think he was going to able to do it. While I was shopping Ken must have still been on the case as when I was leaving, he called me over to say he'd located a key blank that he though would work! He did it there and then and it works perfectly. Fantastic customer service!

I took my watch for a link removing and the battery changing, and a pair of shoes that needed the soles repairing. I was expecting to be told to collect them another day. Harry the chap who works their to my surprise said he’ll have them ready when I finished my shopping. 10 out of 10 service! Would highly recommend

Big shout out for the place: I turned with my car key in pieces. They put it together in a new house with a new blade under 50min for £50 - remote like the original. My car dealership, VW, asked for £240 for a manual key which took them a week to make. Timpsons, you're the best!!

A very helpful and polite member of staff, I visited to buy a new collar tag for my dog, the shopkeeper engraved the tag in no time at all. I also had one of my daughter's shoes , the sole of which was begining to come unstuck, the guy was happy to glue the sole back and didn't charge me anything to do it. I will use the shop again!
