Excellent service arrived within half an hour of calling. Explained everything that needed doing to replace door lock and how much it would cost. Highly recommend.
Old upvc front door lock was working with door open but not closed. Phoned Andy at Home Secure Leeds. Here within an hour with no call out charge. Identified the problem immediately. Both glass panes out and frames repacked and reassembled within an hour. Replaced the non snap-proof lock with one top of the range. No fitting charge as he was already here. All work guaranteed for a year and the new lock with a ten year warranty. £145 very well spent on a fixed door now with top security. And what a nice man.
