Got us back into our house after we'd lost our keys. Quick, friendly, helpful, honest and gave good advice - even talked our 10-year-old through the process of what he was doing!

Got home from holiday at 06:50 and realised we had lost our key. After trying to call other locksmiths with no answer, Tigerlocks answered straight away and got us in our home by 7:10. Great service, thank you!

Very pleased with the service offered by Andy. Quoted promptly and was able to get me booked in for just a few days after he had been round. Andy helped us by replacing the handles on the front door as well as doing some boxing in of pipework in a flat I rent out. He was happy to liaise directly with my tenant to gain access which certainly made things easier. Reliable honest service and great communication from start to finish. Would not hesitate to recommend his service or use again in the future.

Called at 8:40am and they called within the hour and Managed to gain access to our Bifold door. Carried out a minor repair to fix the fault and advised us simply replace the handle to Prevent further problems. Completely fair and honest pricing and fast friendly service

I completed the 5 day city and guilds ncfc course. The teacher was Marc. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and engaging. Ethan from the shop was also very helpful, I contact him regularly for products. Chelsea from HR was also brilliant in advising about the course. The good thing about MPL is that once you get certified from there, you are a member of the trade club at the shop, which gives you 10% off from all products. Another advantage of studying locksmithing at MPL is that you get City and Guilds accreditation. It's currently the only centre in the UK that offers the highly respected City and Guilds accreditation.

Completed the 5 day City & Guilds course. I was a bit apprehensive at first but was soon put at ease. Marc & Gary the trainers were excellent! The one to one training was faultless and everything was explained thoroughly. It exceeded all my expectations. I gained my qualifications for a change of career and am so grateful. Would recommend to anyone. Office staff are friendly and very helpful with booking and arrangements. Great experience all round.

I rang Martyn and within 10 minutes he arrived at my property. He very quickly diagnosed the problem with my back door lock. He is a very talented chap and friendly with it. I would thoroughly recommend him if you have any trouble with your locks. He is very reasonable in his prices and does a very quick neat job.

Absolutely fantastic service !! Locked my car keys in the boot of my car at 12am in castleford called Dave and he made a 30/40min trip to try and help us. Very professional tried to gain access to the car, unfortunately due to it being a modern car it needed a different tool. Booked a hotel by 10am the next morning Dave made the trip again with the tool needed to gain access to the vehicle. Can not fault this man on he's professionalism, customer service and most importantly skill. 10/10

Needed a locksmith Sunday evening as my elderly mum’s door handle broke on me when I went to visit her, so we were locked in.I rang Marc to come fix it, but unfortunately he wasn’t able to come till next morning.I said it’s fine I will just climb through window for me to go home. Unfortunately for me I couldn’t get through the window as they don’t open wide enough, So I resigned myself to stay the night at mum’s house.I got back in touch with Marc to let him know I couldn’t get out and would he come early as possible that next morning. He rang me straight back and told me he would be there in next hour and half. The poor lads van had broken down, so he borrowed a car just so he could fix the door and make it safe. He was a life saver and I couldn’t Thank him enough. He’s done a fabulous job and would highly recommend him.

Cannot recommend more! Took our young child & dog out to play in the snow and lost our keys. On a day where the town was staying at home due to heavy snow, two members of the team came out in the snow to ensure we could get into our house. They were fast, skilled and got us back into our home as quickly as they could. The men were friendly and determined to get us into our house and we couldn’t believe how reasonably priced they were, especially on a Sunday and when travelling in poor weather conditions. Cannot recommend or thank them enough!

Called first thing in the morning regarding the lock on a door at the care home I work at sticking and not locking from the inside - the lady I spoke to who got me booked in was very polite and extremely helpful, was able to accommodate a timely call out - i was kept up to date regarding estimated time of arrival. Locksmith named Terry attended who was prompt, polite, and knowledgeable of trade. Works completed in less than half an hour and very reasonably priced. would definitely recommend and will use in future for all locksmith needs.

Absolutely fantastic service. I went in to have 3 keys cut for my front door and was quoted a very reasonable price (much cheaper than a certain well known chain of locksmiths and shoe repairers). Unfortunately, the keys were cut from the wrong key on my bunch which might well have been my error when handing them over. Luke could not have been more helpful and not only cut three of the correct key for me, but was very happy for me to keep the others. I tried to offer some payment for these, but he wouldn't accept. Overall an excellent experience.

Really great service from start to finish. I had no idea what I was asking for but the lad on the phone was helpful and made me an appointment. I had a locksmith called Terry come and change my lock, no pushy sales tactics but he was very informative about safety. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Contacted Wakefield Lock and Key as our door wouldn't lock around 6pm, I was told that they already had a couple of jobs but would get to us as soon as possible, they kept us updated as to when they would get to us. I can't recommend Terry enough the lock had broken and needed replacing and despite it being midnight he ensured all the locking parts were working correctly and lubricated before he left. Outstanding customer service, it's like having a new door.
