Called Martin after I shut myself out with the key in the door. Advert says “no call out” and I paid only the price quoted with no hidden extras! Prompt service (he was there within half an hour), was friendly and solved my problem with minimal fuss. Highly recommend this service!

Martin was great in coming over at very short notice to put in a new loc and door mechanism. He was very professional and charged me a fair price. I felt very vulnerable as could not get out of my house as the door had jammed shut! Luckily I had a garden back door so Martin could sort out the problem.

Martin did a great job getting us back in to our house after the front door lock failed, and then replacing the faulty part. He even made some extra adjustments to the door while he was at it so everything is much smoother now. Before starting the work he explained the possible approaches and potential costs. Overall I was very impressed and would happily recommend him to anyone.
