Brilliant service. Had a broken key in a UPVC back door. Ricky arrived later that day at the agreed time (after first reconfirming 30 minutes earlier). Replaced the lock quickly and efficiently after discussing lock options available. Top service by a helpful, likeable tradesperson. Fair price for an emergency job. Highly recommend. John is incredible! Not only is he such a fantastic, warm, kind, and interesting person, but he's also brilliant at his job. Nothing was a problem! He managed to put an additional lock on our very old and slightly wonky door (charming Victorian but tricky to align). As we had just moved into the property, he also managed to align some other doors and door handles and helped with window locks (some were locked without keys, others were misaligned). John has completely sorted us out, and now we can use all the doors and windows in our new home. Thank you, John, we really appreciate you and your work!

John arrived within 30 minutes of my call and repaired a multilock door which had a broken gearbox. It was too complicated for me to understand, let alone fix. He carried a spare identical gearbox in his van and was finished 30 minutes later. Excellent work and a very nice man.

Lovely fast service and a pleasure to deal with, John went over and above to source and replace two locks for me and before he left he quickly fixed a door handle for me that was hanging off precariously. I would highly recommend.

John was so kind & helpful. He came out as a non urgent call-out to open my garage door. It was really tricky, requiring lots of different tricks to get it unlocked (linked to an electrical motor / fob / zapper). He was patient, friendly, professional & kept me updated throughout. Can’t recommend John enough. He arrived within 1.5 hours of my initial call when my key snapped in half in the lock and was so quick and efficient I didn’t even have time to boil the kettle to make him a cup of tea! Would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you John!

Couldn’t recommend John more. He took on a job other locksmiths didn’t want to. Was upfront and honest about challenges and costs, knowledgeable and hardworking and a lovely chap to have in our home. We will 100% be having him back for future jobs!
