My rental house estate agent sent John to fix back door key misalignment after the door had been shaved down due to wood expansion. He also fixed a sticky door handle in the lounge for me whilst he was there. He did such a great job that when I moved house I asked the estate agent for the locksmith details and just got John back to help me change some other locks. He was on time, quick and knowledgeable.
