I had an issue with the lock to the front door of a buy-to-let we have in south Manchester and contacted City Lock & Safe Ltd, as they had a 5* review. What a great company, James called to confirm his arrival the next day at 09:30. Sorted the issue out and called me immediately afterwards to confirm he completed the job with a new lock barrel. He also explained how I could register the key for added security. Job done, tenants happy and at a very reasonable price. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a great service with excellent quality. 5* from me too!

Terry and Scott from city lock and safe Ltd arrived and speedily changed 5 doors with 3 star euro cylinder locks in quick time. Gave me a call prior to arriving and were gone in 50 minutes !! I needed more keys to be cut which they said they could do for me and they would drop them back off later in the day !!! Great services… highly recommend

Both super friendly guys, who came back the same day when an additional part was required. The whole job was completed very professionally and everything neat and tidy.

Excellent, professional service from City Lock & Safe. Scott called when he was on the way & arrived promptly at the arranged time. The broken kitchen door was opened & repaired within 90 minutes. This is the second time we have used them & have been extremely satisfied with their service on both occasions. We will definitely be recommending them to friends, family & neighbour's.

Excellent service, Engineer James was prompt and polite, giving us an honest opinion as to what needed replacing on our tired back door. Work was carried out swiftly enabling us to continue with our day knowing the house was secure. 10/10 will recommend and reuse.
