The broken part was replaced, and my wife and I took Lian's advice to upgrade to a 3 Star rated security lock. Superb service, would highly recommend.

One of the best levels of service I have ever experienced. It was a dangerous situation due to a faulty door and they turned up the same day to rectify it. Within a few days they had the replacement door ordered and fitted. Lian has been amazing.
