After locking myself out of my house and being messed around by another company, I got in touch with Kirsten who was able to come out within 20 minutes and managed to get me back into my house within minutes of arriving. Terry and Scott from city lock and safe Ltd arrived and speedily changed 5 doors with 3 star euro cylinder locks in quick time. Gave me a call prior to arriving and were gone in 50 minutes !! I needed more keys to be cut which they said they could do for me and they would drop them back off later in the day !!! Great services… highly recommend

Ryno locksmiths fitted a new alarm in our house . They were very professional and friendly. They removed some of the old system very neatly. They also replaced a damage cable with a new one to the telephone box , improving our internet coverage. They were both very knowledgeable and ensured the alarm system covered all key areas. They fully explain how to use the system and walked us through the system and use of the app and the key fob . They gave us a call the next day to check we were ok with the system and had no problems. We would definitely recommend them to others

Damien was amazing. He worked constantly but had a polite conversation with me throughout the process. Nothing was too much trouble for him. I just wanted the locks changed but, because my door clunks a bit when the lock turns (which it has always done), he wasn't happy and kept making adjustments until the door locked smoothly. He also fixed my conservatory door for me even though I hadn't called him out for that. I can't say enough about him. I would definitely use this company again, for all my security needs.

Absolutely superb service. We had a problem with the ignition barrel on our Note car and were about to go on a foreign driving holiday so were totally stressed out. We contacted APL and made an appointment for the next day and they did a wonderful repair on the ignition and the 2 car keys. We can now drive safely on the continent thanks to them. Their service was first class and they were so helpful. I totally recommend them for professional and reasonably priced workmanship. They deserve the highest praise.

Had a problem with one of my keys the guys had the equipment to test the new battery and check the functioning of the key fob. Any questions l asked they were very knowledgeable. Very helpful people. They wouldn't let me pay when l asked how much, these guys are very trustworthy.

Excellent service! I recently bought a property in the area which had no window keys and all the windows were locked. I thought I would have to pay for a locksmith to come out and cut specific keys for me. Luckily, at APL they have a bundle of all the possible master keys for windows for every manufacturer and I found the correct key which I was then able to get cut. The prices are super affordable and I highly recommend!

Billy was polite, extremely helpful when I called and arrived in an hour as promised. He informed and showed me what was the problem and fitted a new cylinder and spring, and wiped the door clean of oil smear. The price was great as I was stressing it would be a fortune. Recently had a major problem with a very complicated and expensive lock and door system. On contacting Billy, who was on the school run, he advised me what to do whilst I awaited his arrival. He arrived quickly and after taking a long time to carefully dismantle the door locking system and replacing a temporary lock, so our home remained secured. He took the damaged parts away, returning quickly and refitted the complex system efficiently and quickly. Billy then serviced our back door which had a similar system, in order to maintain our security and avoid a similar future situation. I was pleasantly shocked at the price quoted as it came a long way below what I was expecting. I went to Arc with what I thought was a broken exterior door lock that needed replacing and came out with the same lock working perfectly. Bob explained why the lock "broke" the night before (we had to call out an emergency locksmith to gain entry into the house) and how to easily fix it if it "broke" again. All free of charge. Excellent service from Bob and his colleague - polite, friendly and very helpful. I can't rate Arc highly enough.

Couldn't be happier with the service! I phoned Simon in the morning, and within a couple of hours he was able to come out and lift our front door which had dropped, and he also replaced the old lock with a nice new one, which has fixed the issues we were having with the door. Called Simon the previous night after a key broke in the front door. He arrived punctually the next morning to replace the cylinder of the multi-lock rock door, with a more modern version.
