Simply excellent. The prompt replacement of a dying Yale lock (cost-effectively) led us to buy more. Two days later, we had a new five-lever mortice lock installed, to upgrade security and keep the insurance company happy. Marcus left a clean site and cleaned up perfectly on both occasions. Two perfect jobs - and happy customers. It doesn’t get any better than this.
