Such brilliant service. Nick was with us within 25 minutes of placing the call at 10.15 at night. Very trustworthy, very quick, faultless. Got our lock changed extremely quickly. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Called Nick when we had a problem with our porch door not closing. He came round that day and sorted the problem straight away for us. The doors better now than when it was first fitted. He was very professional and good for a chat while he worked as well. Couldn’t recommend him more and will definitely be calling him when I next lock myself out 😂

My lock failed on my door I was locked out with my dogs inside. My door would not open. Nick was amazing and would not leave till he got me in my home. He tried everything and eventually he managed open the door, sadly the door was damaged (not by Nick)But he stayed behind to make sure that I could secure the door over the weekend for a new door to be fitted on Monday. I honestly cannot recommend Nick anymore. 1000/10 He was amazing. Thank you so very much.

We came back to my mums after a birthday dinner and the key wouldn't operate the lock We called around 7pm on a Saturday night and Nick said he'd be there asap. He promptly turned up and told us to keep warm in our cars. He took very little time to find out what the issue was and get us all back in. He quickly fitted a new lock and made sure that my parents felt comfortable operating it. I can't speak highly enough of his services and really helped my parents out in their hour of need. Excellent level of service.
