Neil helped us as our key was getting stuck in the lock and not moving (on the outside), so risking us getting locked out. Neil came out really quickly, and resolved the issue quickly and it hasn't re-occured. Thanks again for your help.

Our Barn door to the rear wouldn't open and we needed extra keys to the front door. Neil was very helpful, he had the keys cut, he was polite and quick to respond and even had a handle to hand to fix the door on the day.
