I would highly recommend Brad at Car Key Group. I’d been trying to resolve the issue with my spare car key (with keyless remote) for several weeks. It has initially worked then stopped & even a battery change didn’t help. We tried several other car key companies, to get advice & a quote, including the dealership who we bought the car from. However they all wanted to charge us a small fortune to just replace the key whereas Brad was able to help fix the key we had saving us a lot of time, money & effort. He was reliable, helpful & professional. We would definitely use Car Key Group again!

Called Andrew out early on Bank Holiday Monday morning, and he was brilliant from start to finish. Arrived within an hour, extremely professional and polite, did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price! Couldn’t recommend him enough.

A strong recommendation for me. Saved the day when I had lost my keys abroad. He had quite a big job on his hands getting through my Fort Knox locks, but did an amazing job. Tenacious, friendly and reliable, and very reasonably priced.

Brad and his apprentice have been this morning to fix the window (handle and hinges) in my ensuite bathroom. They were very polite and got on with the job, which was done very professionally and quickly. I am very pleased with it and should I need any more work doing on other windows, I would certainly like to have them back to do it.

I cannot recommend this business enough. From initial contact only one week ago, failed glass units were replaced this morning. Communication was amazing, great price too! The team who came to fit the units this morning were polite and courteous, a credit to themselves and the company. The work was carried out in a professional manner with high cleaning standards at the end of the job, I didnt even have to ask but I was extremely pleased all rubbish was removed. Fabulous job, I cannot believe I have not heard of this business before but I have no hesitation to recommend.

The locking handle on my bathroom window wouldn't open. Was stuck in the locked position. Phoned DC Glass and they sent fitters out straight away to remove the broken handle and fit a new one. I was very happy with the service and price. Would definitely use them again and recommend DC Glass.

We had quite a number of windows which had issues from broken window locks which stopped me from open windows or locking them and to windows that did not close properly. Chris came over to give us a quote and fortunately he checked our other windows and found 4 more windows that had issues that needed to be fixed else we would have had to call him out again. He was really helpful and informative by giving us a quote which was really competitive and booking a day convenient for us. He was really quick at fixing them especially the ones that needed new hinges and providing helpful information in regards to maintaining the windows afterwards. His communication prior to booking his services was impeccable and from making the booking via text he quickly confirmed a date and time and was punctual arriving exactly when he said he would. He came out the same day at a time convenient to me, quickly assessed the situation and even took the time to explain what the problem was. He arranged to come back the following day and sent me various options with clear pricing. On the day of fitting he arrived promptly, was tidy and got the job done within half an hour.
