John came to fix my patio door. He turned up exactly when he said he would, was friendly and very efficient. Would definitely use Arc again and recommend to others!
I went to Arc with what I thought was a broken exterior door lock that needed replacing and came out with the same lock working perfectly. Bob explained why the lock "broke" the night before (we had to call out an emergency locksmith to gain entry into the house) and how to easily fix it if it "broke" again. All free of charge.
Excellent service from Bob and his colleague - polite, friendly and very helpful.
