Right from the beginning Astons Access were professional and really easy to communicate with. I spoke with a lovely woman called Louisa throughout the process over WhatsApp messenger which meant I could communicate in my own time. I booked an appointment and a lad called Scott came out the next morning, he was friendly, well mannered and got me back on the road in no time. My battery had also gone flat so he sorted that for me which I just think goes above and beyond for customer service. Absolutely amazing service. Rang up in the morning regarding my Honda Civic Type R as my spare key wasn’t functioning to the car. Chris was there within the hour and replaced the key and got it functioning again. Top service and would recommend to anyone. Very pleased 👍

I called Damon after the lock on my front door started sticking. He came out the same day at a time convenient to me, quickly assessed the situation and even took the time to explain what the problem was. He arranged to come back the following day and sent me various options with clear pricing. On the day of fitting he arrived promptly, was tidy and got the job done within half an hour. He was polite and friendly and even offered to fit new handles for free if I decided to purchase some in the future. All in all I would highly recommend Damon and wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.

I certainly recommend Lockforce locksmiths. I have called them out twice now and both times Damon has replaced locks for me on the front door and on an interior door where the lock had broken completely. He is very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly.

Damon was amazing. His communication prior to booking his services was impeccable and from making the booking via text he quickly confirmed a date and time and was punctual arriving exactly when he said he would. The workmanship was excellent and he got the door working in no time at all replacing the handle and making all the necessary adjustments to a very warped door. Recently had a major problem with a very complicated and expensive lock and door system. On contacting Billy, who was on the school run, he advised me what to do whilst I awaited his arrival. He arrived quickly and after taking a long time to carefully dismantle the door locking system and replacing a temporary lock, so our home remained secured. He took the damaged parts away, returning quickly and refitted the complex system efficiently and quickly. Billy then serviced our back door which had a similar system, in order to maintain our security and avoid a similar future situation. I was pleasantly shocked at the price quoted as it came a long way below what I was expecting. A truly professional Master Locksmith, efficient, helpful and polite - as the price was so low he will be highly recommended to our many landlord friends who need a quality service at a very reasonable price. Billy was polite, extremely helpful when I called and arrived in an hour as promised. He informed and showed me what was the problem and fitted a new cylinder and spring, and wiped the door clean of oil smear. The price was great as I was stressing it would be a fortune. Tom is extremely kind, prompt, and thorough in his locksmith work - I can't recommend him more highly! After our flat was broken into, he came quickly to install high-security locks (even arriving late at night). We felt immensely lucky to have his courteous and thoughtful service. His prices are also very reasonable, and we can't thank him enough for all his help :)

Came in for some keys cut I had been to 2 different companies before hand because they were a little bit cheaper but none of them worked so thought bite the bullet and pay the extra, I wish I had come here first I told the gentleman what had happened he said I will cut them go and try them all then come back and pay me, I was shocked at how trustworthy he was, I tried them all, they all worked and I did go back to pay him, this is fantastic service Darren is a credit to your company and I won’t go anywhere else from now on.

Staff great had a battery replaced in my watch somehow after the hands didn't line up correctly took it back and the staff were very friendly and just lined them back up.

Had the pleasure of using locksmiths 4u today, they said they would be around in one hour arrived in 30 minutes. The children had locked the keys in the car. They managed to open the door under two minutes. Great job thank you guys.

Went to keyfax after our old front door lock jammed. Was a Saturday morning and we were anxious to sort the door asap. Both chaps at the shop were extremely helpful, they had the new lock and mechanism we needed in stock thankfully. They offered us advice on fitting, they couldn't have been more obliging.
