Mike was great, quick response to google chat in under 10 mins, told me he’d need to come out to see the door before he could give a no obligation quote on work needed with no call out fee. Gave me a time he’d call in the morning to arrange coming down and stuck to it. Got here and informed me of the problem and gave a fair price. Job was done within an hour of getting here. Went above and beyond and tightened the frame and hinge screws and made the door and lock better than it was before it broke. Highly recommended. Great chap! 👍

Excellent communication - contacted Mike in the evening to ask if he could come and look at the door, as it wasn't locking. Mike offered some suggestions for us to try first, which was very helpful. After trying the suggestions, the door still wouldn't lock. Mike was straight out to us and gave us a price for fixing the problem (a price that he stuck by). Mike was on time, reliable and respectful of our property. I would definitely recommend to others.
