John rescued me!
I'd lost my keys on a morning run, rang JM Locksmiths and explained the situation, asking him to "pencil" me in for 5pm in case i found the keys or located a spare. He quoted a reasonable price. When I couldn't find a spare, John arrived and although it took him longer to pick the lock than expected (apparently it was a really good dead lock) he honoured the quote.
Delighted, and thoroughly recommend.
