Front door lock broke and I needed help quite urgently (as locksmith customers tend to). Paul was at my house within an hour, got the door open, replaced the lock with a like-for-like unit, without incurring any damage to the door/frame, and all for a reasonable charge. Couldn’t ask for more.
We had locked ourselves out of the house, with the key still inside the lock. Paul came within 20min and fixed the issue in 2 min. Saved our day! Impeccable service, would highly recommend
Locked out at 10-30pm and Paul arrived within 20 mins, refitted faulty lock after trying to make it work. Tried conservative approaches to not replace lock or cause damage but ultimately needed to replace it.
