Visited COCO Dental Practice today and I was so impressed by the improvements made to the surgery, Every member of staff were first class. I was treated efficiently and effectively, with respect, dignity and humour. The receptionist went out of their way to ensure my safety on leaving the practice too.

I went to Eastgate dental practice 2 years ago to see what route would be best to take to help straighten my teeth. I was then introduced to Dr Aman and nurse Amber who were very welcoming and professional. They recommended that I have a brace fitted, and talked me through the whole process from fitting, check ups and cost. I proceeded to having it done and every month went back for a check up and tighten up until they were both happy that my teeth were completely straight and ready to remove my brace. I was given a full hygiene clean and opted to have Enlighten whitening to fully embrace my new look. Again this was done with Aman and Ambers guidance and was well worth the time it has taken to get to where I am now.

Receptionists warm and friendly and welcome you on arrival. My Dentist Yasmin and her support assistant were fantastic doing fillings that took quite sometime. Yasmin spoke to me through the dentistry treatment and as a bonus some of her singing!

Dr Aman and Amber are amazing and very professional.. I had braces to straighten my teeth. The whole process took just 9 months and I am so happy with the results. You learn more when things don't go to plan and a few times my brackets fell off or broke. I could email and they would fit me in asap to fix the problem. For the amount of hours of professional time you have throughout the process, makes the prices very reasonable. My only suggestion is to make the teeth whitening thats offered at the end of the treatment discounted for your clients. Have recommended to friends and family. The wife has already booked up!

I called Ashley Lupin to ask a few questions since I have not been to a dentist in a few years and was recommended this practice by friends. I am someone who gets nervous when it comes to visiting the dentist, hence why I have not attended in so long, and when on the phone the young lady (I believe her name was Charlotte) made me feel very calm and relaxed and answered all my questions and even said when I am ready to make an appointment and if she is in she’ll take special care of me and let other staff know about my nerves so they are aware and can make me feel relaxed and at ease. It was nice of Charlotte to go above and beyond for a potential patient, she didn’t need to at all. I really appreciate it. Thank you.

Lovely ladies at the reception who always make me feel more at ease. I have always had a fear of going to the dentist but throughout years of patience and reassurance from both the dentists and dental nurses I am much less fearful. Appointments are generally on time and the waiting area is comfortable. It's nice to listen to the radio whilst I am waiting for my appointment

I had a difficult extraction under sedation with Dr. Madi Rizal, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience! Dr. Rizal’s skill and calm demeanour put me completely at ease, even though I was quite nervous going in. She explained everything clearly beforehand, which made me feel reassured and prepared for the procedure. Her nurse, Emily, was equally wonderful – so kind, attentive, and calming. She made sure I was comfortable every step of the way and checked in often to see if I needed anything. Together, Dr. Rizal and Emily created such a warm, caring environment that I felt genuinely supported. I’m so grateful to both of them for making what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. If you need a procedure done, I highly recommend Dr. Rizal and Emily for their expertise and compassion!

I had my upper wisdom tooth and adjoining molar extracted today. From the moment I stepped inside the surgery all staff were helpful, reassuring and polite. I believe my teeth were extracted by Hosam Elmanhawany, who put me (a nervous patient) at ease. He was skillfull and managed to get both teeth out in 10 minutes, causing me no pain, only the expected pressure sensations. Thank you to all the team.

I saw Stephanie, the hygienist yesterday, and she was brilliant. She talked me through the best treatment as I asked for an air flow but advised just a clean as my teeth did not have any staining. She really takes her time and talks to you whilst doing your teeth which is lovely. My clean was so good teeth look so lovely. Have to add the reception Staff as they are always so helpful and very friendly always greeted with a nice smile.

My family and I have been so thoroughly impressed with our dentist Victoria and her dental nurse Katie. These two members of staff go out of their way to make us feel comfortable. They both provide excellent care and I am very grateful to them. As a practice, I cannot recommend them more highly.The reception staff are welcoming, supportive and helpful. I feel that as a family we are very blessed to be under such good hands.

I had an excellent experience with dentist Victoria and her assistant Katie. I knew I was ignoring my teeth but didn’t realise I need couple of fillings and a good clean. Price was very good, treatment and advice was excellent. A lady from reception rang me that they haven’t seen me in three years and asked if I like to book an appointment. Thank you for calling me. Reception staff is very good, place is clean and the whole team is very friendly. Just read the other reviews and felt sad why I didn’t visit them before. Thanks Oradent team! Recommend 100%

Had a fantastic experience today with myself (who is nervous) and a 3year old which had never been. The dentist was so patient with both of us and was the best experience I have had at a dentist. It's been around 10 years since I visited a dentist due to moving around frequently. I decided it was time to step up and register and I'm so glad I chose Dr Ray Dental. First impressions: very attentive, straight talking,explained everything clearly and made sure I understood what was needed. Gave options for all treatment, didn't try to coerce or sway my decisions. After years of very disappointing experience with previous dentist, I feel like I may finally be getting real, effective dental treatment. Have appointments booked for this, and, will let you know how it goes- I'm hoping for good things. My partner, who had it much worse, now has a real plan, after many years of pain and frustration, with no progress. Here's hoping. Can't thank Thakarys dental enough already.

Hadn't been to a dentist in nearly 10 years and had put it off due to being so nervous. Ended up in pain and contacted Thorndike in Rochester, my nearest dentist, who saw me but the experience was so impersonal and cold that it put me right off. After googling and finding really good reviews for Louise Lunness Barnes in Stood, I booked and have not looked back. Serena is amazing and calming and explained everything so well who put a plan put in place. In the meantime my tooth cracked and after visiting the Strood practice for advice was referred to an oral surgeon in Gillingham for an extraction. A week after the extraction I was in agony and was referred back to the Strood practice who saw me within a few hours and said it was infected. Louise, who's practice it is, dressed it, gave me antibiotics and basically was amazing. I cannot speak highly enough of this dentist and would highly recommend. Genuinely caring and very sincere. So thankful to have found this amazing dentist!

So, I’ll start by saying I had a bad experience with a dentist about 13 years ago and never went since. It’s safe to say, I hate going to the dentist, it is completely my Achilles heel. So having said that, I needed to go to a dentist and opted to go private in the hope that I could avoid another traumatic experience, and I couldn’t be more pleased to say that Sarina is genuinely, the best dentist I have ever seen. Despite having a job on her hands that could probably be likened to the cleaning up of the collapsed wing of Notre Dam Cathedral, she managed to make this as discomfort free as could be possible and has gone above and beyond my expectations in every sense. I wasn’t made to feel embarrassed about the poor condition of my teeth and was given professional advice and reassurance throughout my trips and procedures here and I will add at a price that I feel is very reasonable and worth every penny. I cannot stress enough how good Sarina and the rest of the team has been despite me being probably quite an awkward client (did I mention I hate going to the dentist?). I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place, I’m so glad I went and will not be going anywhere else going forward (and regularly lol). Just fantastic. Thank you so much 🙂

This was my childhood dentist, as I was terrified as a kid and my parents chose this for a previous dentist who has since retired and had a 'child friendly' award. Safe to say she was fantastic. I moved away from the area around 8 years ago and subsequently changed dentists. Since then, I have gone through 4 different practices, all of whom have provided a bad service or recommended unnecessary procedures. Last year I made the decision to come back to the practice and drive the 1 hour (each way) journey to do so. It is so nice to be back at a practice who listen to their patients, are transparent in their recommendations, charge fairly and do not take advantage of the COVID-19 virus with upping their prices drastically. I would 100% recommened this dental practice.

I highly recommend this Dental Practice. My most recent check up and follow up work was conducted by a new dentist (to me, not sure if she is new to the practice) and she was fabulous and took time to discuss my options, made sure I was really comfortable and relaxed and well cared for. I wouldn't go anywhere else, and still attend this practice even though it has been many years since I have lived in Rochester.

I saw Madeline on 15/11 and I just wanted to feedback and say she's absolutely brilliant. She's been my dentist for as long as I can remember and she remembered that I'd recently started a new job from my last check up, and she must do that for every patient she has and that's such a nice thing. I just wanted to feed that back for a little bit of positivity! Everyone at the practice is so lovely and welcoming too, and I used to feel so anxious coming to the dentist but not any more!

I used Wigmore for some composite bonding on a broken tooth. It was a great experience from the start, easy to get an appointment and the staff were extremely friendly. Louise and Steph were the dentists that I saw and they done a great job and my tooth looks as good as new, as well made me feel comfortable in the dreaded chair. Thanks guys, I will be back.

I joined this Dental Practice last year after it had been recommended to me and I am so very pleased that I did. It has to be the best dentist I have ever been to. I needed extensive treatment and thought I would be nervous but Dr Marwaha and Clair instantly put my mind at ease. Everything was explained thoroughly before the treatment began and I was allowed to go at my own pace so I felt completely in control. I am so incredibly pleased with the end result that I can’t thank them enough. They have given me back my smile and it has made such a difference to my life.
