Dr. Rizal’s skill and calm demeanour put me completely at ease, even though I was quite nervous going in. She explained everything clearly beforehand, which made me feel reassured and prepared for the procedure. Her nurse, Emily, was equally wonderful – so kind, attentive, and calming. She made sure I was comfortable every step of the way and checked in often to see if I needed anything. Together, Dr. Rizal and Emily created such a warm, caring environment that I felt genuinely supported. I’m so grateful to both of them for making what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. If you need a procedure done, I highly recommend Dr. Rizal and Emily for their expertise and compassion!

It’s incredibly painful when your elderly parents face serious health issues back home in India, and you feel powerless to help from miles away. Recently, I reached out to my dear friend Dr Maddy here in the UK, though I was hesitant and uncertain if she could even assist. Not only did she agree to help, but she went above and beyond, arranging multiple video calls and doing everything possible to support us remotely. My 69-year-old father had been struggling with complex dental issues for months, worsened by his history with blood thinners and heart problems. Local dentists in his area had differing opinions and prescribed various treatments, leaving us confused and frustrated. Being in the UK, I couldn’t speak directly with his doctors to get a clear picture. But when I finally reached out to Dr Maddy, she listened carefully, gathering all the background information, then organized a video call with my father to understand his condition firsthand. Dr Maddy thoroughly reviewed his X-rays and pinpointed the root cause with remarkable precision. She even consulted with her colleagues to confirm her diagnosis, since the local dentists were unresponsive to collaboration. She then guided us on what to communicate to the local doctors, and thankfully, her advice helped them accept the recommended course of treatment. My father’s recovery began almost immediately, reducing his severe pain by around 50%, and he continues to improve. This experience has shown me just how crucial an accurate diagnosis and targeted treatment can be. I called Ashley Lupin to ask a few questions since I have not been to a dentist in a few years and was recommended this practice by friends. I am someone who gets nervous when it comes to visiting the dentist, hence why I have not attended in so long, and when on the phone the young lady (I believe her name was Charlotte) made me feel very calm and relaxed and answered all my questions and even said when I am ready to make an appointment and if she is in she’ll take special care of me and let other staff know about my nerves so they are aware and can make me feel relaxed and at ease. It was nice of Charlotte to go above and beyond for a potential patient, she didn’t need to at all. I really appreciate it. Thank you.

Lovely ladies at the reception who always make me feel more at ease. I have always had a fear of going to the dentist but throughout years of patience and reassurance from both the dentists and dental nurses I am much less fearful. Appointments are generally on time and the waiting area is comfortable. It's nice to listen to the radio whilst I am waiting for my appointment

Fantastic dentist. I had 2 teeth out today and the 2 ladies were brilliant. The assistant with the dentist has a great sense of humour and together they help to keep me at ease. Can’t recommend enough
