I came to Smil as a nervous patient who hadn’t been to the dentist for over 12 years. I had a check up at first where they scanned my teeth and explained I’d need a filling! They were able to fit me in the following morning and Dr Neil was amazing and put me at complete ease! It was pain free and I am now hoping to start Invisalign

My Invisalign journey with Smïl started 14 months ago, when I first had the 3D scan, which for someone with chronically crooked teeth the process sells itself! Although my journey was long, I cannot even begin to describe the end results and how pleased I am. I’ve had my teeth whitened and my front top 4 composite bonded and now I have the smile I’ve wanted for many years. Dr Neil Underhill of Smïl is truly amazing and provides such a wonderful, professional service that is second to none! I cannot recommend Smïl and Invisalign enough. Go book an appointment now!!! I am not someone to write an open review but I recently visited Smïl and the dental clinic is truly a hidden gem in Chatham. I was beyond impressed with the level of professionalism and care I received from the dentist and his nurse. Dr Neil was exceptionally outstanding. The treatment was so precise and seamless that I felt no signs or symptoms from the tooth I had been suffering with for months. It’s as if the filling isn’t even there! Needless to say that the rest of the staff at the clinic were incredibly friendly, welcoming. The clinic itself is spotless, with state-of-the-art facilities, and their communication in between appointments is outstanding. There were couple other happy patients walking out, which speaks volume. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking exceptional treatment! It’s worth it. Thank you Dr Neil and Smil team.

I have wanted composite bonding for quite some time and after much thought, I finally decided to go ahead with it. I reached out to Smil due to their excellent reviews, and I can confidently say I have no regrets! I’m absolutely delighted with my new teeth. I booked My mother in law in this clinic and she has seen Gabriella, the hygienist, who was very gentle and patient. Her level of care went above and beyond.

I cannot fault the care and dedication by my dental surgeon without whom I would be in considerable pain and discomfort. He explains everything he is doing during my treatment and what could happen in the future. The surgery is always clean and welcoming. The staff are a credit to the NHS!

I was impressed with the dentist last time, but today also the hygienist was actually nice! Both of them are lovely people, who ask the right questions and do not talk down to you. Receptionists warm and friendly and welcome you on arrival. My Dentist Yasmin and her support assistant were fantastic doing fillings that took quite sometime. Yasmin spoke to me through the dentistry treatment and as a bonus some of her singing!

I went to Eastgate dental practice 2 years ago to see what route would be best to take to help straighten my teeth. I was then introduced to Dr Aman and nurse Amber who were very welcoming and professional. They recommended that I have a brace fitted, and talked me through the whole process from fitting, check ups and cost. I proceeded to having it done and every month went back for a check up and tighten up until they were both happy that my teeth were completely straight and ready to remove my brace. I was given a full hygiene clean and opted to have Enlighten whitening to fully embrace my new look. Again this was done with Aman and Ambers guidance and was well worth the time it has taken to get to where I am now.

Visited COCO Dental Practice today and I was so impressed by the improvements made to the surgery, Every member of staff were first class. I was treated efficiently and effectively, with respect, dignity and humour. The receptionist went out of their way to ensure my safety on leaving the practice too.

I always receive exceptional service at Hartley Dental Practice. I am currently being treated by Milan, and he is always attentive, thorough and patiently explains every step of any procedures that I may have to have and makes me very comfortable and at ease with everything. The ladies at reception and the dental nurses are so friendly and always polite and i have no hesitation in recommending Hartley Dental Practice to anyone. They’re fab!

I made my first visit yesterday and my friend Gerry Read recommended me to see Milan. From the moment Sarah answered the telephone to book my appointment I was made to feel welcome and at ease. When I arrived yesterday first impressions really do count and all the ladies I saw in reception were welcoming and I was made to feel immediately relaxed and at ease. I was shown in to meet Milan and he examined my broken tooth, took x rays and then explained every option available to me. He was clear and precise and the outcome was to have the tooth removed today and proceed with a bridge. He made me feel very relaxed, as did the assisting nurse and my tooth was removed painlessly and quickly. I look forward to future visits further down the line and will not hesitate to recommend the practice to all my family and friends.

I have been at the HDP for over 50 years under different ownership but for the last 30 years or so I have been seen by Gary Doorman who has excelled and made me very comfortable on each visit. With him now taking a backseat role I have had the pleasure to meet Milan who is continuing to keep the calm on each visit. I have a tooth extraction in the morning. Not something I look forward to but, I feel reassured that Milan will do what’s needed to get us both through to the end.

Since joining Hartley Dental Practice I had treatment on my teeth and the dentist was very friendly, gentle, explained everything and made sure i was comfortable throughout. It was a very positive experience and i have now moved my kids to this practice also. Very happy.

I’ve never been very good with Dentists, but after 5/10 minutes, I felt almost completely at ease. The ladies I had at the desk and in the patient room with me, have a cracking sense of humour, and they definitely seem like my kind of people. They were very welcoming, and in a lovely, calm environment too. Safe to say, I definitely will be returning and I will be highly recommending these guys to anyone looking to get their smile back or even just a routine check up🫶🏻

I had a perfect experience at the GM dental and implant centre, I called a night before for a emergency appointment to fix my veneer and they helped with minutes to see me in the next day, at the day was all perfect as they helped to fixed it for a very reasonable price and I had to me to mention about how lovely and helpful Angela the recepcionist was. So far I’m absolutely happy with everything.

I have a fear of going to the dentist but I can honestly say I have never felt so happy to have found GM dental and implant centre. They made me relax for the first time ever in going into a dentist's. The lady I saw today was welcoming and totally put me at ease, she listened to my fears and never once made me feel silly. Everything was explained in great detail and I am so glad I went and I will be staying with them.

Just visited Tooth Care Dental Rainham and had a fantastic experience with the Hygienist, Charlotte, and her team. Charlotte is such a lovely lady and took excellent care of my teeth. She also shared some brilliant advice, and I left feeling like my teeth were in great shape! The receptionists, Anna and the other wonderful ladies, were incredibly helpful and efficient, making me feel so relaxed—even though I’m not the biggest fan of dental visits. Been a patient here roughly a year now. Had 4 appointments with the dentist and 1 with the hygienist. All round great service. Appointments are well communicated. Polite & friendly receptionists, always have a smile on their face. Dentists, nurses & supporting staff are very professional, understanding and accommodating. Due to unlucky experiences I hadn’t visited a dentist for some time. After much research, booked appointment with Thorndike. Dental visits no longer a worry as the whole Thorndike team are so lovely and welcoming. After fully discussing my options and being given a concise plan I opted for composite bonding. Had an appointment with Dr Fahd Zaheer . He is very professional yet with an old fashione touch , like it used to be . That he knows you personally. Explaining all throughout the appointment & procedures. He tried so hard to get one of my deep rooted rotten tooth out .stopping at point of my pain threshold, injecting multiple times & keep trying to get it out . He had so much patience and advised me to have a local anaesthetic at another specialist dentist ,due to the fact it could be infused to the bone . Had this done & pain free now thanks to mr Zaheer .

I’ve never known a dentist surgery so fantastic to this surgery. Every appointment has been brilliant. When calling the dentist you are welcomed and helped above and beyond on the telephone. Even if queries and help is needed then they will always try and resolve and call back until resolved. One lady who I’ve spoken to on the phone and in person at every appointment and query - sorry I can’t remember your name but you are one of a kind, you are incredible and I’m glad I get to speak to you and you help me out till the end . Had an appointment with Rebecca (hygienist) 5-8-24, and the advice (as well as mouth/teeth clean) was so helpful. Came home with a few freebies that will also help with routine hygiene, but the advice I was given with regard to some quite complex problems will really help over the longer term. I have been a patient at Oradent for many years, all of the dentists are lovely and make you feel at ease as do the receptionists, all with a smile on their face's. I had to have two teeth removed at the front and have a new plate fitted, i was nervous and Kira explained everything and this made me feel at ease. The new plate with straight teeth and a colour match are excellent, for once i feel as though i can smile again and that is priceless.

Easy to book appointment. Friendly staff. Dentist gave a full explanation of her findings and my treatment options, with transparent pricing. No attempts were made to up sell anything, which is an irritating feature of some private practices. I will be using this service again.

I spoke to a wonderful receptionist named Sue today who was very friendly and helpful. I asked her to pass on how wonderful another receptionist named Tara was, along with my dentist Victoria and her assistant Kim. I was a little nervous about my appointment as I have neglected my teeth, but all 3 of these wonderful people made me feel at ease and comfortable. Victoria assured me that everything will be fine and genuinely cares, she was truly amazing. I would highly recommend this practice, full with fantastic, caring, wonderful and highly professional staff here. As an exceptionally nervous patient with pre-existing health conditions, finding a dental practice that truly understands and accommodates my needs has always been a challenge. However, my experience with this practice has been nothing short of outstanding. Dr. Nandita is an absolute gem. She is incredibly patient, kind, and thorough, taking the time to explain every step of the process to ensure I feel comfortable and informed. Whether it’s a routine check-up or an emergency visit, I have always been treated with the utmost kindness and compassion. Her understanding and expertise have completely transformed my dental experience. I also want to give a special mention to Tara at reception. She is amazing—always so kind, friendly, and helpful. From answering questions to making appointments and even helping my twice with panic attacks (once on the phone and once in person) her warmth and efficiency truly make a difference and help ease my anxieties. I have honestly gone from being a patient who needed a prep-visit before appointments and a chaperone to being able to go in alone to have work done. That is something I never thought would ever happen and is directly connected to the team. I’ve visited three of their surgeries, and this one is by far the best. The entire team goes above and beyond to provide a welcoming and supportive environment. I cannot recommend this practice enough, especially for anyone who feels nervous about dental visits.
