Always a warm and professional welcome from the reception team. They remember who you are and help to make you feel calm and at ease before your appointment. Both hygienist and dentist are excellent, thorough questions and checks before physical checks/treatments occur. Always explain what they are going to do and make regular checks during the appointment to check you are okay. Actually enjoy visiting the dentist now! I would highly recommend. Thank you.
I broke a front tooth and Bupa dental practice at Cranbrook found me a slot very quickly, even though they were very busy. Mohammed did a brilliant job fixing it and colour matching it. The guy’s a genius.
