I recently joined over from my last dentist- and I’m a very nervous patient. Victor is my dentist and his lovely assistant Jayne made my visits so pleasant for me. I have a lot of problems with my dental and they have made me feel extremely reassured about coming to get my treatments done. I couldn’t recommend anyone better. Thank you for everything you’ve done!

My mum brought me here for a general check up on my teeth but they ended up cleaning my teeth. I mean she could’ve brought me to any other dental practice but she took me here because she said that it was amazing! And I definitely agree with her! These are the reasons for why you should bring ur child or yourselves here! 1) It has very awesome friendly staff such as: Mr victor and Miss Jaine( nurse) Who was amazingly supportive as Mr victor did his job. 2) The staff at front desk were also really nice! 3) Lastly, I got perfect results from this appointment and am coming back again soon! You better trust me on this because I do not usually take this time to write such a long review! I know you will love this dental practice as much as I do!! - Aged 11.

We saw dentist Victor and Jayne 5*, they are wonderful. Both made the kids feel comfortable and made the check up process go very smoothly. Very patient to explain what was happening and what the next steps. Dentist and assistant definitely score a 5* In terms of improvements, the reception team can make the booking process more transparent and send written booking confirmations and reminders.

Marta and Carla are 2 amazing, caring, kind professionals, who I had the honour of being treated by today. It's wasn't just about doing excellent work, it was also the fact they took time to listen to my previous dental experience and use that information to make today the best experience it could be. So thank you ladies I would have given 100 stars if I could.

I have used smile tech for a few years now the receptionist at the very outset is just lovely so welcoming, the detail experience fantastic I would not use and other practice thank you smile tech a happy customer.

What a pleasant(really didn’t think I would ever say this) trip to the dentist. I am actually terrified of going to the dentist but the people here have changed this. We visited this dental practice after my son chipped his front tooth in a fall at school. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by a friendly and calm receptionist who made us feel at ease. Our appointment started right on time, and we were greeted by the wonderful Dr. Maddy. She was amazing with my son, helping him feel comfortable and relaxed during the exam. She explained the treatment plan thoroughly and answered all our questions, making us feel fully supported. My son was genuinely happy to meet Dr. Maddy and her efficient team. I highly recommend this practice – they’re incredibly helpful, kind, and professional.

The staff at Kentish Smiles Clinic are amazing. They made our appointments feel so friendly and calm, my kids were abit apprehensive at the beginning of the appointment; but the staff made the appointment so fun and joyful, in the end my kids wanted to stay. Very friendly and non judgmental staff, receptionist very happy to help register my daughter and book her first dental appointment (9 months old) treated us so well and as individuals with plenty of advice for the babies teeth that are coming through thick and fast. All staff were very accommodating and made us feel at ease and comfortable. Left feeling very positive and confident in coming back for further appointments in the future. Great first time experience for the baby, no pressure nor forceful.

I was so incredibly anxious due to a previous unpleasant experience. L The dentist Mariana took the time to understand where my fear originated from. She was gentle, compassionate and kind talking me through the whole process. Her assistant was equally as comforting and caring. It was such a great experience and restored my confidence. I can’t thank this dentist enough. They both made me feel so at ease. I think she was the kindest dentist I’ve ever experienced and I’m so grateful.

Absolutely THE best Dentist ! Having had the most horrific dental experience last year - I was terrified of a double tooth extraction today ! Can honestly say I didn’t feel a thing ! Home & eaten a light dinner - a little tender but has absolutely restored my faith in dentists ! Thank you

We saw the hygienist today, and I highly recommend. They are very professional and experienced. Modern equipment, the staff are super nice, and prices are fair. I’ll be making these my primary dental surgery moving forward. I had no issues getting an appointment.

Used Mr Tawana for years. He's a great dentist. Never felt I have had unnecessary treatment. Always giving me good advice re dental hygiene. Been great with the kids too. I dreaded the dentist when I was young but been bringing kids along since their teeth came through, and not once have they said they were scared or didn't want to go.

Mr Tawana is a fantastic dentist, gentle and kind. He gives great advice and does not carry out unnecessary treatment. We’ve been going to Mr Tawana for over ten years and we will not change dental practice until he retires (hopefully a long time before that happens!).

Highly recommend Mr Tawana as your dentist, very friendly, very helpful and will go the extra mile for his patients.

We have used this dental practice for over ten years and would highly recommend it. We have always received a friendly, helpful and professional service. They will always try and accommodate our needs regarding appointment times and Mr Tawana has been fantastic when dealing with my autistic son.

Ms Daly is a great dentist, she doesn't do any work you don't need and she tells you exactly what she wants you to do to look after your teeth 👍 👍 👍 👍 👍

I have just completed a short course of treatment at Ark-G Dental. As a very nervous patient, this was a big deal, but my dentist , Olga, and her assistant, Junia, understood my concerns and looked after me very well with no judgement. I am now pain free and booked in for my next check up. Thank you also to Dr Allen for a painless extraction and not forgetting Amber on reception for her friendly and efficient service.

I had a crown placement with Dr Michael Allen 2 weeks ago and he was absolutely fantastic. The service was incredible, he thoroughly explaining the process and kept joking around to calm me down since I’m quite anxious when it comes to dentists. This is my second crown and there was absolutely no pain or sensitivity which happened to me with my first one at my old dentist. I fully recommend booking a visit with him!

Just amazing. I am not registered with this dentist but this was the nearest location I was provided for an emergency appointment and I am glad I was recommended here. Firstly I was able to be seen within 24 hours which I think is pretty fast. Secondly they made me feel extremely comfortable and explained to me everything that they can and are willing to do. Unfortunately I did need a tooth extraction which they carried out brilliantly. Lastly I want to thank the staff and team that carried out the work they did in my time of need and is now pain free. I have had a few treatments now with Dr Sami Bissasu and he is an excellent dentist, he explains things thoroughly and takes pride in what he does. The reception team and dental nurses are also friendly and professional. Definitely recommend this practice and Sami in particular.

Had agonising toothache for the last two days which preventing me from sleeping. It only felt good when cold water was in my mouth, meaning I was unable to leave the bathroom sink. Almost instantly I was numbed up, no messing around with small talk or anything, just straight to the point. “Do you have any allergies” then almost instantly injected and feeling the pain that aches for two days stopping sleep disappear. They removed the cracked filling giving me pain and provided a new one, I’ve not had pain ever since. 10/10 if I didn’t live in Yorkshire this would be my local dentist

Extremely pleased with the service I received at Instant Dental Dartford. Having called up at 2am in pain with an infected wisdom tooth I was booked in at 9am the same day. No other dentists could book me in! The surgery was spotless, the staff extremely polite and professional, and the male dentist I see was faultless. Thank you very much 🙌
