Had an appointment with Dr Fahd Zaheer . He is very professional yet with an old fashione touch , like it used to be . That he knows you personally. Explaining all throughout the appointment & procedures. He tried so hard to get one of my deep rooted rotten tooth out .stopping at point of my pain threshold, injecting multiple times & keep trying to get it out . He had so much patience and advised me to have a local anaesthetic at another specialist dentist ,due to the fact it could be infused to the bone . Had this done & pain free now thanks to mr Zaheer .

I’ve never known a dentist surgery so fantastic to this surgery. Every appointment has been brilliant. When calling the dentist you are welcomed and helped above and beyond on the telephone. Even if queries and help is needed then they will always try and resolve and call back until resolved. One lady who I’ve spoken to on the phone and in person at every appointment and query - sorry I can’t remember your name but you are one of a kind, you are incredible and I’m glad I get to speak to you and you help me out till the end . Due to unlucky experiences I hadn’t visited a dentist for some time. After much research, booked appointment with Thorndike. Dental visits no longer a worry as the whole Thorndike team are so lovely and welcoming. After fully discussing my options and being given a concise plan I opted for composite bonding. Dr Syed Shah left me with results I didn’t think were possible and his artistry has been admired by many. Thank you so much Thorndike will be recommending you!

Dr. Fahd Zaheer is absolutely amazing . He makes going to the dentist something to look forward to with his big smile and occasionally funny dad jokes. Him and his nurse assistant really show alot of care for their patients.

Been a patient here roughly a year now. Had 4 appointments with the dentist and 1 with the hygienist. All round great service. Appointments are well communicated. Polite & friendly receptionists, always have a smile on their face. Dentists, nurses & supporting staff are very professional, understanding and accommodating. I would, and have recommended to others.

Such good service. Annie on reception did everything she could to get me a prompt appointment and filling before my holiday! I’m really appreciative of the help they have given me. The dentist was efficient and kind. Highly recommend.

Just visited Tooth Care Dental Rainham and had a fantastic experience with the Hygienist, Charlotte, and her team. Charlotte is such a lovely lady and took excellent care of my teeth. She also shared some brilliant advice, and I left feeling like my teeth were in great shape! The receptionists, Anna and the other wonderful ladies, were incredibly helpful and efficient, making me feel so relaxed—even though I’m not the biggest fan of dental visits. The whole team is genuinely friendly, and it’s such a welcoming practice. Highly recommend to anyone looking for excellent dental care with a personal touch! Would you like any adjustments, Andi?

I have always found the service very good. Whether it has been a routine appointment or an urgent appointment, I have always been seen more or less on time. Staff are always friendly and helpful. I always feel valued and confident with the treatment that I receive and would highly recommend this practice.

Good dentists are hard to find. I have found the impartial advice refreshing. Always a warm welcome greeted with genuine interest and willing to listen not preach. Receptionists very friendly, not the usual stoney face with zero humour. Almost like going....if you know what I mean!

All staff were friendly and helpfull. The Dentist Dara and her assistant were very thorough and I felt at ease throughout. I must say the best dentist I have been to and I am over 60. I would recommend to anyone, very professional. Thank you

Brilliant service from reception, to the waiting room and the dentists (and dental nurses). Super friendly, willing to talk you through the processes/treatment and literally don't want to rip you off with unnecessary treatments. They come up with alternatives and want to help you. Can't fault the reminders you get too! Can't believe we have this dental surgery in Chatham. Highly recommended

I had an initial consultation/registration followed by a hygienist appointment a couple of weeks ago. The practice is lovely and from walking through the doors, it’s obvious it’s not your typical dentist! Remi, Zoe and the nurses were all so lovely and put me at ease straight away. Zoe managed to get all the staining off my teeth aswell in one session, which I really wasn’t expecting! I can’t recommend you enough! I look forward to coming back and starting my clear aligner journey with you soon!

As soon as we walked in we were amazed at how beautiful and calm the atmosphere was. The waiting area definitely has a wow factor! Every single member of staff there were beautifully polite and friendly and they made the whole process so enjoyable which is good as it was my daughter’s first trip to the dentist. I spoke to a wonderful receptionist named Sue today who was very friendly and helpful. I asked her to pass on how wonderful another receptionist named Tara was, along with my dentist Victoria and her assistant Kim. I was a little nervous about my appointment as I have neglected my teeth, but all 3 of these wonderful people made me feel at ease and comfortable. Victoria assured me that everything will be fine and genuinely cares, she was truly amazing. I would highly recommend this practice, full with fantastic, caring, wonderful and highly professional staff here. However, my experience with this practice has been nothing short of outstanding. Dr. Nandita is an absolute gem. She is incredibly patient, kind, and thorough, taking the time to explain every step of the process to ensure I feel comfortable and informed. Whether it’s a routine check-up or an emergency visit, I have always been treated with the utmost kindness and compassion. Her understanding and expertise have completely transformed my dental experience. I also want to give a special mention to Tara at reception. She is amazing—always so kind, friendly, and helpful. From answering questions to making appointments and even helping my twice with panic attacks (once on the phone and once in person) her warmth and efficiency truly make a difference and help ease my anxieties. I have honestly gone from being a patient who needed a prep-visit before appointments and a chaperone to being able to go in alone to have work done. That is something I never thought would ever happen and is directly connected to the team. I’ve visited three of their surgeries, and this one is by far the best. The entire team goes above and beyond to provide a welcoming and supportive environment. I cannot recommend this practice enough, especially for anyone who feels nervous about dental visits. They’ve set a new standard for care and professionalism!

Easy to book appointment. Friendly staff. Dentist gave a full explanation of her findings and my treatment options, with transparent pricing. No attempts were made to up sell anything, which is an irritating feature of some private practices. I will be using this service again.

Nandita has been my Dentist for over 10 years now. With her knowledge in her field, kind and gentle nature, I honestly can't recommend her enough! I have been rather naughty of late and not booked my routine Dental Check Up's. A tooth suddenly started to feel strange which prompted me to book an appointment. The lovely receptionist Tara was so helpful and able to book me an appointment the same week I called. I was feeling so anxious as I knew it had been almost 2 years since my last check up with her and of the potential problems that could have been detected/avoided sooner! Nandita put me at ease straight away, as she always does and we discussed my concerns. She thoroughly explained her findings to me including showing me an intra oral picture of the tooth I was worried about and showing me the routine xrays that were needed. On this occasion I was very lucky and no further treatment needed except a visit with the hygienist which I knew was well overdue too. I just got so busy with life that I ended up neglecting myself which could have resulted in a different story. Thank you so much again Nandita, Nurse Kim and Tara for looking after me and I will see you again in 6 months 😊

Had invisalign and other treatments here. Whole experience of the practice is amazing. Shirley and the team were amazing throughout the Invisalign treatments and very supportive.

Best dental practice ever! I recently had to have 4 teeth removed & I was very nervous. However, 35 minutes after my appointment started I left with new teeth & absolutely no pain! I would & do recommend them to everyone.

Excellent service. All the staff are super friendly. I had my wisdom tooth removed last month and I was apprehensive, the dentist made me feel at ease and advised me where necessary. I requested to bring my appointment forward and they were able to slot me into a cancellation. I would recommend the practice to friends and family

Absolutely amazing! Recently had a wisdom tooth out was extremely nervous but I was made to feel comfortable and at ease! The Oral surgeon was very nice.

I went to Eastgate dental practice 2 years ago to see what route would be best to take to help straighten my teeth. I was then introduced to Dr Aman and nurse Amber who were very welcoming and professional. They recommended that I have a brace fitted, and talked me through the whole process from fitting, check ups and cost. I proceeded to having it done and every month went back for a check up and tighten up until they were both happy that my teeth were completely straight and ready to remove my brace. I was given a full hygiene clean and opted to have Enlighten whitening to fully embrace my new look. Again this was done with Aman and Ambers guidance and was well worth the time it has taken to get to where I am now.

Receptionists warm and friendly and welcome you on arrival. My Dentist Yasmin and her support assistant were fantastic doing fillings that took quite sometime. Yasmin spoke to me through the dentistry treatment and as a bonus some of her singing!

Visited COCO Dental Practice today and I was so impressed by the improvements made to the surgery, Every member of staff were first class. I was treated efficiently and effectively, with respect, dignity and humour. The receptionist went out of their way to ensure my safety on leaving the practice too.

I’ve never been very good with Dentists, but after 5/10 minutes, I felt almost completely at ease. The ladies I had at the desk and in the patient room with me, have a cracking sense of humour, and they definitely seem like my kind of people. They were very welcoming, and in a lovely, calm environment too. I had a perfect experience at the GM dental and implant centre, I called a night before for a emergency appointment to fix my veneer and they helped with minutes to see me in the next day, at the day was all perfect as they helped to fixed it for a very reasonable price and I had to me to mention about how lovely and helpful Angela the recepcionist was. So far I’m absolutely happy with everything.

I had a dental filling done by Dr. Waqas Sikander on 9th August 2024, and I’m genuinely impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, Monica, the dental nurse, made me feel at ease with her warm and friendly manner. Dr. Sikander was incredibly professional and skillful, explaining each step of the procedure in a way that was easy to understand. Throughout the process, both Dr. Sikander and Monica ensured I was comfortable and reassured. My family and I have been seeing Dr. Sikander for years, and I can’t say enough good things about him and Monica. I have been going to Dr Sikander for the past 8 months - I’ve had several silver fillings changed to white ones, a root canal and a crown done with him. He is always so helpful and gets me in last minute. I’m not the easiest patient with my busy schedule but he always goes above and beyond to make sure I receive my treatment on time. The root canal was probably the scariest thing I’ve had done but I felt no pain during the procedure and the tooth has given me no pain whatsoever since! The crown looks amazing too, I’m so happy with it. Thank you for all your hard work over the last 8 months (and for always putting up with me and the kids)
